Best possible location

Hard to imagine a better location for skiing or nipping out for some groceries or a drink. It's even directly above the car park, with a connecting door.It can be a bit noisy because it's on the main street, but that's the cost of being in a central location. It didn't keep us awake.

Great if you're partying

The location is great as it is 2 minutes from the pistes but as described it is right across a club. The noise at night is easily resolved by earplugs but there is constant music during the day as well. It's not great if you want to hang out in the flat or have to work. The flat is tiny, we are a family of 3 and we managed but it would really be challenging for more than 3 people. Also, the shower room seemed to retain a lot of moisture - there was a fan but it didn't seem to work. After 3 back to back showers, it took a while to dry. It would be great if they left bin bags, dishwasher tablets and dishwashing soap in the flat. As you can't buy these things one by one - we had to buy a bunch and then throw them away as it says not to leave anything behind in the rules.In conclusion, we were ok but we didn't love it. It would be ideal for 4 young people who are there for the apres ski I guess.

Great apartment right in the heart of Val Thorens

I loved the apartment and the layout. Everything was clean and fairly new. The location was great. I could walk to the store and buy fresh croissants every morning before skiing. There was noise at night as we were warned about. We just played some white noise from our phone and it wasn’t a problem. I hope to return soon!

Beautiful Apartment in Great Location

Wonderful but compact apartment in the centre of Val Thoren. Ski in ski out at a great price. Noisy some nights due to the fast food outlet directly below but friends were very jealous of the apartment when compared to their similar price properties further away. Great host, just remember to take your own bedding or pay for it in advance.

Great condo, perfect location

Very clean condo, kitchen well appointed. The size is right for a small group or a family. We were 3 adults and it felt just right. Shower and toilet are in separate rooms and although the shower cabin is quite spacious, the toilet room is very small, a tall person might find it difficult to close the door once sitting down. That said, we could not find any other downside for this place. The location is absolutely fantastic, in the middle of the village, with access to slopes, shops, restaurants within a minute of walking. Would definitely go back.

Tres bel appartement

Propriétaire hyper sympathique et arrangeant. Appartement très bien situé et hyperbien agencé. Seul bemol, trop de bruits à l'extérieur et à l'intérieur de l'immeuble. En dehors des naissances sonores, le reste est impeccable.

A good stay in a central location

This apartment is in the heart of the resort. It has quite a lot of facilities, pretty much everything you will need. It's cost-effective. It can be a little noisy if it's busy in the night - this is standard for this central location so as the host advises, would recommend bringing earplugs. Val Net were friendly & ensured we had everything we needed also.

Friends holidays to Val Thorens

Excellent accomadation, right in the epicentre of Val Thorens. Easy access to all the night life, with the Club Malaysia right outside. The apartment was so spacious and clean, fitted 5 people comfortably.

Amazing location, host and ski!

This property was unbelievably central, it is ski-to-door. Val Thorens provides fantastic skiing. It is a party town and the apartment is immersed in this. Bring your earplugs for adequate sleep!

Great apartment, too central?

The apartment is great. It is well presented, well equipped, clean and tidy. For a family of 4 with older children, it was big enough, and had enough space to avoid conflicts. The apartment is very central, stepping out onto the snow, and even with the thawing temperatures, there was less than 10m to walk. The problem is the main nightclub is the other side of the street, and noise from the club and revellers can be heard until 4am most nights

Séjour au cœur de Val Thorens

L’appartement est situé en plein centre de Val Thorens et à proximité immédiate des commerces et des pistes. Refait à neuf début 2022, il est très agréable pour profiter de Val Thorens et de son domaine skiable. Seul bémol: la proximité immédiate avec une discothèque, dont certains clients peuvent être bruyants.

Bien situé en journée, invivable la nuit, propriétaires peu accueillants

L'appartement est très bien situé au pied des pistes, ce qui est très bien la journée. Par contre il se trouve aussi juste en face de la boîte le Malaysia, ce qui fait qu'il y a énormément de bruit et des cris quasi incessants entre 1h et 5h du matin. Si vous venez ici pour aller en boite tous les soirs, très bon choix, sinon passez votre chemin. L'appartement est très petit (27m²) mais relativement fonctionnel, même si les photos sont faites pour le faire paraître bien plus grand qu'il est réellement. Impossible d'y dormir à 6 personnes, malgré ce que dit l'annonce. Le coin cuisine/salon est très serré, impossible d'accéder aux rangements sans devoir déplacer les chaises hautes collées à la table. Attention le canapé est placé sur le balcon qui est très mal isolé, avec un courant d'air froid qui vous reveillera très vite si tant est que vous oseriez vous reposer dessus. La cuisine est équipée seulement des outils les plus basiques, l'entrée n'a pas de cintres, ce qui rend le rangement de manteaux de ski compliqué dans le séjour minuscule. Le propriétaire vous demandera 22 euros par personne pour les draps, et 100€ pour le ménage même si vous le faites, à rajouter dans le prix total du séjour. La station est excellente, nous reviendrons avec plaisir, mais sûrement pas dans cet appartement!
