Really nice stay.
We spent 7 nights at Le Chalet and we would go back, it was a very nice stay, the apartment is spacious, the SPA is nice, only complain is that the swimming pool should be warmer! great hotel to explore Les 3 Vallees.

Hotel nuevo con acceso directo a pistas
Hotel nuevo , recien inagurado a finales del 2011. Buena ubicacion con acceso directo a pistas desde el ski room. El ski room algo pequeño en hora punta, con solo dos bancos. Cuidado con apoyar los skis fuera de las taquillas porque son de madera lisa y tienden a caerse y hacer daño a alguien que esté al lado. Ubicado en zona tranquila de Les Menuires, 10 min andando al centro de les Menuires (Quartier la Croissette) o por navette gratuita cada 20 minutos. Habitaciones nuevas, limpias, y muy cuidadas. Le falta algo de vajilla (platos y cubiertos)pero por lo demás puesto al detalle. Te facilitan tambien detergente de lavavajillas y limpiador de vitroceramica. TV con pantalla de plasma y wifi en las habitaciones gratuito. Nevera amplia, caja fuerte. Tiene horno pero le falta microondas. La piscina con vistas a la montaña, preciosa. El inconveniente es que no está vigilada y te puede tocar niños que juegan a la pelota sin que nadie se lo prohiba. Tampoco obligan el uso del gorro de baño. Por lo demás un hotel que se aprecia que es nuevo, muy buen cuidado con un personal amable y servicial. El bar a la entrada con el fogaril muy recomendable tambien por la noche para tomar algo. El restaurante no lo conocimos ya que preferimos cenar fuera. Sin duda uno de los mejores apartahoteles de la zona. Las terrazas muy agradables con buen tiempo.

Was great ski in ski out - the town is very quiet at night and not many taxi about and expensive to get to Val thoren - would be great if the hotel offered a shuttle

Correct en été
++ espace de l’appartement. Parties communes et calme - - canapé en plastique, literie limite pour un 4* surtout les oreillers, moquette sale dans l’appartement. Un nettoyage en cours de séjours aurait été apprécié ou bien un accès à un aspirateur/sceau - 10 jours sans ménage c’était juste.

Great location, great stuff, good food, spacious, nice apartments. Welcoming and nice staff. Easy access to slopes. Very happy with the slopes. The only missing thing is hot tub and ski boots heaters, it's hard to dry them in ski lockers. Other then that fantastic property.

Excellent accommodation - pity about the WiFi!
We had a two bedroom apartment which was unusually spacious compared to most ski resort accommodation. You could have comfortably slept 6 in it although there was really only lounge seating for 4 or 5 at the most. Excellent ski-in, ski-out location - maximum 2 minute ski down to choice of 3 lifts. Maximum 5 minute walk to a handful of shops, bars and restaurants in Bruyeres. We had a decent meal in the restaurant one night but never tried the breakfast. Only negative was (as many have reported) that the WiFi was awful - I gave up trying to get a connection on my iPad.

Great rooms, convenient for the slopes
Arrived at the hotel quite early for check-in, which wasn't an issue, we were shown where to leave our bags, given a key to the door that we need to go out of to go into the town for lunch, and by the time we returned an hour later our room was ready. Room was very modern, very clean with comfortable beds and chairs and a well equipped kitchen area. We will definitely be going back for another visit. Skiing was possible from the back of the boot room, and you could ski back to the door.

très bien sauf l'espace aquatique !
3 eme séjour, toujours aussi bien , le feu de bois pour l'apéro, le restaurant bien qu'un peu cher est très bien, les appartements très confortables. J'aurai mis 5/5 sans hésiter s'il n'y avait pas un gros problème avec l'espace détente aquatique : Par contre n'esperez pas utiliser le SPA (sauna hamam piscine (assez froide...) car l'établissement ne fait pas respecter son propre règlement (à savoir : pas d'enfant de - de 16 ans dans le sauna et le hamam, et pas de - de 14 ans non accompagnés à la piscine), nous y sommes allés 4 fois, et à chaque fois des enfants de 10 à 15 ans sautent crient eclaboussent entrent et sortent du sauna et hammam, du coup au bout de 15 minutes d'enfer on s'en va !!! et malgré des réclamations à l'accueil, ils ne contrôlent pas plus les allées et venues...

Great location, facilities and service
Hotel reception were very friendly and efficient. The lounge area by the open log fire was lovely after a day's skiing with vin chaud and hot chocolate. The pool area was great - sauna and steam room lovely and hot. The pool is a bit chilly - a shame as it had lovely jacuzzi jets whichbif warner would have been lovely to chill in. Apartment works well for a family with bunk beds in a lobby area, then the lounge with perfect mini kitchenette, then a double room off it.

Excellent hotel, worth its price!‎ The team is very friendly, professional and helpful. Everything is comfortable and in good condition. ‎Great room kitchen. Good beds and bedding. Very clean and modern.‎ Offered us a shower after a day of ski while we were already checked out.‎ The only remark is the WIFI - it has strong signal but why let your customers have to deal with ‎registration so much?‎

Mycket fint. Trevlig personal. Bra läge för skidåkning. Det enda jag kan komma på som kan bli bättre är att ha lite krokar på rummet där man kan hänga upp blöta skidkläder.

נהננו מאוד במלון אך ביום האחרון כשעשינו צ'ק אאוט חייבו את חבר שלי ב 65 יורו על זה שבפעם היחידה שהם באים לנקות באמצע השבוע הוא השאיר את המטבח "מבולגן". לדעתי זו חוצפה וגם אם המטבח היה קצת מבולגן 65 יורו על ניקיון חד פעמי זה מוגזם ומופרז לכל הדעות . שימו לב בהזמנה אם זה עם ניקיון כל יום או רק פעם בשבוע

Perfect location for a ski vacation. The ski-in and out is amazing...can not get better. It is a small walk to grocery store and restaurants..about 5 minutes. The service at this hotel is exceptional. I would go back there anytime for skiing. I would suggest a room not close to the exit door on the 3rd floor because it is the exit every body use to go to the village. We were on the 5th floor on that exit side (village view) and it was not a problem at all. If you plan a ski holiday in Les 3 Vallees, this hotel is a very good option.

Не самый лучший сервис в отеле. Ресторан работает медленно и не очень качественная еда. Большую часть отдыха жили без сауны, т.к. она сломалась. Никакой компенсации за это не получили. Интернет не доступен, связь отвратительная.

Loin du centre mais départs et arrivées skis aux pieds. Mis à part le sauna qui était en panne, l'espace spa est très agréable, les chambres très propres et fonctionnelles. Petits déjeuner chers.

Pæn og moderne lejlighed. Dog var køkken i 505 meget lille og det var vanskeligt af finde plads til at lave mad. God velnessafd og restaurant og ok priser. Morgenmad til 18 euro er dog i overkanten. Det er nemt at komme til supermarked og et par restauranter, men ellers er hotellet nederst i byen.

Perfect Family Location
Superb apartment. Freindly staff. Perfect location, 8 restaurants, 1 supermarket 2 ski hire shops all within a 4 minute walk.The Chalet Mont Vallon is on the piste of a blue run which connects to 3 lifts one of which goes to ski school.Restaurant of the hotel is quite expensive so we never used but looked quite nice. The swimming pool is the warmest pool I have ever used bar none.Great family resort but wouldn't dream of going for a lads holiday.
