"Property was in a great location however the property was filthy. Grime and mould covering all surfaces. Hair in the beds and on the toilets. Games in games room all damaged/broken. Setup was good but the place needs some serious work."

The downstairs had a strong smell of damp cobwebs in every corner plus light fittings. Spiders and ants around the place. If my wife had been there we would definitely had to left"

"We had a very nice time. It had all the necessary elements you need for a good stay. Although we were only there for one night, we could have easily stayed longer. Privacy was great. The sound of the Kookaburras and magpies in the morning was sublime. It location was good, only a few minutes' drive into Inverloch Very relaxing stay. I highly recommend the Studio 61 to anybody wishing to visit Inverloch."

"The house was spacious with 2 living areas, modern interior with everything we needed. It was in close proximity to eateries and our needs. The only downside was the main bathroom was not cleaned and the laundry had used bedding in the trough."

"House was in an excellent location, 3 min walk from Rainbow Park and 5 min walk to the inlet beach. Shops around the corner. Clean and spacious. 3 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs and 1 bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe upstairs. You do need to bring your own linen, towells and tea towells. Kitchen with everything. There is a tumble dryer but a clothes horse and a few more pegs on the line would be welcome! The estate agents and hosts were friendly to deal with and responded to our queries...

"Overall the place is well located, has all the space and amenities we need and presents well. Unfortunately a few things let the property down. There's a musty smell that we tracked to a never-cleaned air-conditioner filter, which we cleaned ourselves during our last stay in October, somewhat improving the issue. Nobody ever seems to clean these for some reason. The downstairs toilet seat is completely broken and the toilet brush badly needs replacing. Neither bathroom light works (was reported...
