"This lakeside retreat is such a treasure! Susan and her husband are very friendly, and the communication was excellent. This property is gorgeous, and the amenities are fantastic!! Plus, you are just a 15-minute car ride from Melton Hill Marina, so if you rent a boat, it's an easy 30-minute boat ride back to the house on the lake. Great place to recharge, enjoy nature, and quality time with family by the lake."

"The property worked out in being perfectly located near the golf course my sone was playing in a tournament at, and still be reasonably priced and also near numerous options for grabbing a bite while staying, and also near the interstate for into knoxville and etc. The place was exactly as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very nice and great to work with on our stay. We will definitely keep this place in mind the next time travel to the knoxville area."

"Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Would stay again. The tv in each room was nice. A/C churned out cold. It does have very minimal amenities such as kitchen basics (no oil, spices, etc). A few things would make it even nicer - lower the tv in living room (it’s too high for the space), add a Keurig, and provide some basic cooking supplies (including more pot and pans). "
