Holiday apartment in Lemgo with swimming pool

Your spacious holiday accommodation (not a party apartment) is located in a residential building, completely renovated by 2023, in the heart of Lemgo's city center. It comprises a living/dining room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a small terrace, a small hallway, and a conservatory. The kitchen features an integrated kitchenette, a small terrace, a table, and two comfortable chairs. The bedroom offers a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a thick, medium-firm mattress and a 10 cm firm topper, hanging space for your clothes, a dressing table/laptop table, an additional television, and electric blinds. An extra bed can be set up in the conservatory (private) upon request for an additional €30.00 per day (see photo). The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a washbasin, and a towel warmer. A hairdryer is also provided. The living area includes a sofa, two armchairs, a wall unit, a television, and a dining table with three chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette including a stove and ceramic cooktop, an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, a kettle, an egg cooker, a coffee machine, a small washing machine, and cooking utensils.

One child traveling with their parents and staying in a double bed stays free of charge.

One dog is welcome by prior arrangement, provided it does not sleep on the bed or sofa.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-family house.

A secure parking space (with a gate) and a wallbox charging station are available behind the house.

Charging costs the current daily rate per kWh from the Lemgo municipal utility company.

The apartment is non-smoking; however, smoking is permitted on the terrace in front of the kitchen.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
