Recently I visited Magnolia Greens in Leland, North Carolina. It was a peaceful area, and everyone we encountered was so friendly. We stayed in a second-floor condo within Magnolia Greens that featured two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This layout provided great convenience and privacy for my sister and me. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary appliances, allowing us to easily prepare meals. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the screened-in porch and appreciating the beautiful surroundings. The location was excellent for exploring the region. With Wilmington just a short thirty-minute drive away, it was perfectly convenient for taking a day trip.

We loved staying here! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, the entire condo was clean, and the screened-in porch was delightful! The neighborhood is beautiful and the condo is located directly across the street from one of the spacious pools, fitness center, and indoor pool. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting family in the future!

apt was perfect. we came to visit family and it was great. there were two small hicups. one with door code, which was fixed in 20 minutes and pool card didnt work. but thankfully people in complex were amazing and let us into pool area so my son could swim. my walk every morning was lovely and the porch totally sold me for morning and evening tea. my son had his own room as did my husband and I and both rooms were amazing and large. everything was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, relaxing and peaceful which is exactly the way we wanted to close out 2024. The community is charming and warm. Get-a-way

We had a wonderful week-long stay. Everything looked brand new as if we were the first couple to stay here. Easy access to the downtown area, beach and shopping. The community pool was just steps away. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great Mini Vacation

We loved this property! While there we visited several beaches and towns because of its close (within 30 minutes) proximity to them. The property had all of the amenities and then some, was super clean with a modern, updated appeal and was in a great location. The beds were so comfortable and the rec center was very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

I had family close by and it was easy access to go to and from, and relax in the pool afterward. The only thing missing was in the game room. Maybe have ping pong balls available in the room with the room numbers to ensure the return of the items. If there were swimming pool items, we could not get to them.

Overall it was very nice. A few inaccuracies on what to bring (paper products and cleaning supplies) yet they were all there! I also got directions to Oak Island the day before we left yet we were booked for Leland! I panicked until I called rental agency. I would also recommend a few items in the condo that I missed having. One was a full length mirror! There wasn’t one and that’s difficult for a woman. Also the lanai had not been cleaned so we spent almost an hour cleaning the pollen off everything! Otherwise excellent visit.

Very clean and modern condo with beautiful golf views on the outside screened in porch. Nice pool but did not use it. Owner very receptive to calls and always prompt to answer. Our go to every time we are in Leland visiting family. Go ahead and rent it, you wont be disappointed.

College move in

My husband, son and I stayed here after moving our daughter into her first apartment as a new sophomore in college at UNCW. We knew very little about the area and after researching places to stay for awhile, I went ahead and booked our 5 night stay at this vrbo. I’m so glad we did as the location was wonderful..close to downtown, campus and the beach. And the vrbo itself was so clean, very well stocked for comfort and beautifully decorated. The use of the amenities was an added bonus..the swimming pool, workout facilities and sauna. Valerie was responsive when I had a question but I really didn’t have many questions because everything was just as stated in her listing. Highly recommend to to others!!

The place was wonderful.

The place was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was fully equipped and all we had to do was go to the grocery store and get what what we needed to eat. The access to the pool and game room made the stay even more enjoyable. We hope to come here again and again.
