This efficient 38m² apartment is expertly designed to comfortably accommodate a capacity of 6 people:

Living & Dining: The heart of the home features a plush gray sofa (convertible for sleeping) positioned under an iconic line-art mural. A round wooden dining table seats four for meals or collaborative work, accompanied by a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

Sleeping Areas: The layout includes a comfortable double bed on the main level and a custom-built wooden mezzanine loft with an additional bed, maximizing the high ceilings of this historic building.

Storage & Entry: High-capacity white wardrobes provide ample space for guest belongings, complemented by a hallway featuring a full-length mirror and bench.

Bathroom: A bright, fully-tiled bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower combination, glass partition, and premium amenities.

Cleaning Policy:
This will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
