Welcome to your cozy retreat in the countryside of Leipheim! This newly renovated, wheelchair-accessible vacation home (approx. 78 m²) accommodates up to 6 people and combines modern comforts with a quiet, family-friendly location. Ideal for families with children, people with allergies, and guests with limited mobility. Look forward to a large fenced-in garden, free parking right by the house, and easy access to attractions such as LEGOLAND® (approx. 10 km) and the historic old town of Günzburg.



The Space:

Your vacation home spans the ground floor and first floor and was extensively renovated in 2025/2026. The bright, allergy-friendly interior creates a pleasant vacation atmosphere.

The cozy living room features a sleeper sofa for two people, board games, children’s books, and a laptop-friendly workspace. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double box-spring bed and access to the sunny balcony. The children’s room is equipped with a bunk bed and toys.

The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and other cooking utensils. A dining table is perfect for sharing meals together.

The spacious, wheelchair-accessible bathroom features a roll-in shower, a shower chair, and grab bars. A toilet seat riser is available upon request. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

The private, fully fenced-in garden has a seating area next to the garden shed. Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored in the lockable shed; batteries can be charged inside the house.



Guest Access:

Access to the vacation home is at ground level and step-free, making it especially convenient to enter with luggage, a stroller, or a wheelchair.

Parking: You can park your car safely and free of charge in the fenced-in yard right next to the house. A handicapped parking space is available.

Key Pickup: The entrance to the private property and the private entrance are lit at night.

Wi-Fi: High-speed internet is available free of charge (Wi-Fi name: Fritz ! Box BDG, password: Schlosshaldenring18!; a QR code is provided inside the house).



The Neighborhood:

Your vacation home is located in a low-traffic residential area at Schlosshaldenring 18 in 89340 Leipheim. The surroundings are quiet and green, ideal for relaxing.

Playground: There is a playground directly across from the house.

Amusement parks: The LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort is only about 10.5 km away, and the PEPPA PIG Park Günzburg is also nearby.

Attractions: Visit the Leipheim Ostrich Farm, play soccer golf on-site, or explore the historic old town of Günzburg and the Ulm Federal Fortress.

Shopping & Dining:

A discount store with a bakery is just a 5-minute walk away.

You’ll also find numerous dining options within a short walking distance.

The new Leipheim indoor garden pool with a sauna area invites you to swim and relax.

Getting Around:

Your accommodations are conveniently located, allowing you to explore the region with ease.

By car: You can quickly travel in any direction via the A7 and A8 highways.

Public transportation: You can get around easily even without a car. The train station (Ulm–Augsburg line) is a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk away.

By bike: Take advantage of the bike trails in the region. You can store your bikes safely in the garden shed.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. If needed, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that you cannot book linens if you make your reservation less than 5 days before your arrival date. We charge 5 euros per night per pet. Please note that you must notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

Unfortunately, cell service and Wi-Fi (LTE router with a Polish SIM card) are only available to a limited extent via the Polish cellular network. Reception is limited to LTE quality at most.
