"High 5 euro surcharge for towels. Keycards rarely worked. We were also not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovation and hallways were filled with painting tarps, painters, and the paint smell. Using the elevator was a hassle and required going up and down multiple stairs and through the entire floorplan."

"Do NOT include breakfast when staying in this hostel. Look somewhere else. It is an absolutely horrific experience. Negative price quality ratio. Wouldn't stay there again."

"Is not very welcoming place and maybe I just had bad luck but the staff wasn’t helpful either and with a little attitude. It is poorly signposted to guide you through the floors and sections so you'll find yourself lost sometimes. It's not a horrible place, but they have many things to improve."

"No actual person or reception area to check in at. A sign asking you to ring when you arrive, which causes some difficulty when you dont have a international phone number. Room and facilities were great. Clean, modern, well maintained no faults. Car parking good onsite."
