"The Gator Den was such a blast! Absolutely a beautiful property, so many perks and amenities. Easy to park, walking distance to Tuckers boat launch, and the owners are incredibly helpful. 5 21 year old women were able to have fun comfortably and celebrate our friend getting married. The only suggestion I could even add is a curtain to cover the sliding glass door bc it is very easy to see in at night. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to stay!"

"We had a group of 4 couples. We loved the location and the property. We will make this an annual trip for our group.The floorplan isn't really detailed in the ad but we loved it. Two bedrooms downstairs and one up. Bunkbeds kind of in a dark corner downstairs, no door. One bathroom down and one up. The kitchen, master and living is on the second floor. " My wife and I have been to Caddo in the past. Took this trip to bring my parents to see Caddo lake. Really enjoyed the lake. The location of this house is great. Woke up early and enjoyed the sounds of the Bayou. The house was perfect for four people. Took everyone out on my boat every morning and evening. Visited Jefferson on Friday. Great little town. This area will definitely be in our trip rotation every few years. Have to come in the fall. "

"The property is awesome where we stayed with friends and family.The kids loved the private lake and we all loved kayaking. Property Manager is responsive. The property is around half a mile from the majn gate. So you are by yourself. The property has everything you need. If there's one thing to improve or know about before going, its the constant drilling humming noise from the other side of the woods. It stopped bothering us though. Its a beautiful property we want to visit and experience...

"This was our second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first time! Very sweet, cozy, peaceful place. The ring toss game on the porch was a nice touch! Zach communicates very well and the check-in process is a breeze. Providing body wash, shampoo, conditioner, coffee and creamer, snacks, and a couple of bottles of water is so nice! We hope to come back to Jefferson soon and will definitely stay there again!"

"This home was a beautiful historical home nestled in the heart of downtown Jefferson. There are plenty of bedrooms for family and friends.
