Winter in Cozy Home Away

Great location, easy to get around to ballparks, nature preserves, beaches, shopping. Markets close. Quiet neighborhood, good place for morning walks. The house is very open, plenty of room to spread out or gather. Couch is rather small but with the bar & table chairs it was ok. Good selection of kitchenware but could use a few more larger dinner plates. Smaller screened porch, 2 chairs & very small table. The host Mr Van was great to deal with. Very attentive, kind & thoughtful. We had one issue that was resolved in minutes. He would check in to see if we needed anything. We would definitely rent this property again.

Cozy home away from home

the place had more than enough room for us and the back yard was perfect for our German Shepherd to run around in. We were able to find some good restaurants and shopping all within 15 minutes of our location. And our host Henry was able to answer any questions we had and very prompt in doing so

This house was the nicest one that I've ever stayed in. The owner was very quick to respond and checked it a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was stocked with everything and more that we needed and forgot at home. We would love to stay again!! Thanks for making us feel so at home and relaxed!!

"Great VRBO"

Arrived & the property was "immaculately clean". Had our 2 rescue dogs with & the fenced yard was great. The area was new to us but Publix was nearby & restaurants. We were able to Bar'B'Que & enjoyed reading in the screened in porch. Only wish that better pots/pans were provided. Also oven mitts & a pizza pan. Need to bring your own spices since there was only salt & pepper. A great stay !!!!

Comfortable spacious stay

The home was clean and spacious. We only used the master suite, but the bed was comfortable and the master bathroom was roomy and well appointed. We enjoyed the large TV’s with multitudes of channels (especially the yoga music station). Henry is an attentive, responsive host. Thank you!

We'll definitely stay again!

We stayed for a month and it was amazing! Good, Quiet neighborhood. The house is exactly as it is listed and shown in photos; very nice and comfortable! It has a lot of space and bedrooms are on both sides of the house for privacy if you have multiple guests. We spent a lot of time playing pool and foosball in the garage. (It was nice to park in and use the garage space also) The Fenced in backyard was our favorite part! The host was quick to respond; was friendly and helpful when needed. We definitely felt supported if we needed anything or had questions (such as trash day- Thursday AM). It is very close to convenience stores, food options, and Buckingham Park (Dog park/playground/walking trails). The Wifi worked great also for work purposes. One suggestion: Kitchen supplies! Shorter stays will be just fine with what is here. For longer stays (more than a week or two) There are limited cooking utensils, smaller size frying plans (We purchased a larger size one for our stay) the pans and kettles that are here are worn. It could use a liquid measuring cup, a standard baking sheet, and kitchen scissors. I would stock the kitchen just a little bit more- Otherwise this house was near perfect for our family!

Another great experience

This was our second stay here. It was another great experience. The host is very friendly and the communication was great. One of my favorite parts of this place is there isn’t a huge list of rules and regulations so you can actually enjoy your time there. If we ever get down in the area again, we absolutely would stay here again. 5 out of 5 and the best property and host we have dealt with on here.

Stay at Home Away from Home

Decided to spend a vacation near Fort antera and found this place was available. Everything about the place was very nice and organized. The house even came with a garage which was very useful to have. The house felt very big with the open living room area it had. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!!

A great place to stay! Henry is very nice & has great communication during the stay. We ended up needing an extra night last minute, and he made it easy! My dogs also loved the fenced backyard. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Home away from home!

This is the perfect place to settle in and stay awhile! The home is well stocked with all the comforts of home and the spacios lanai and fenced in your makes it nice to enjoy relaxing in the evenings. The location is convenient to everything - shopping, beaches, etc... The graciousness of the landlord ensured we felt welcome and comfortable. Highly recommned!

Excellent comfort

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and comfortable and conveniently located. The property manager made certain everything was perfect and that we were take. Care of on all fronts! The property is exactly as advertised with the bonus of a lovely private lanai and private enclose yard.

Great stay!

Home was perfect for what we need for our month long stay. We have stayed at quite a few VRBO's and this is the cleanest one by far. We had our dog with us, so it was great having a nice fenced in backyard. Owner was easy to work with and check in every week to see if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend! Thank you Henry!
