House near the ocean

Come and spend your holidays in this seaside villa between the ocean and the Bay, in a privileged and quiet environment. Shops within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, pharmacy, cheesemonger, wine merchant...)
The cycle path at the end of the garden will give you access to the ocean beaches and the Cap Ferret peninsula.
On the first floor, the living/dining room is equipped with a large and very comfortable sofa overlooking the terrace, a dining table (extensions for 6 people if necessary), chairs and bench, a connected TV, wifi access (fiber). A fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, nespresso, toaster, kettle. You will have condiments, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar available. A few coffee capsules to welcome you. . A laundry room with washing machine, furniture for shoes and coats, separate toilet.
Upstairs, a bathroom (large size walk-in shower) with toilet. A first bedroom with a very comfortable 160 bed and 2 wardrobes/wardrobes. The second bedroom which overlooks the garden is equipped with 2 beds in 140 as well as a wardrobe.
You can rest and the children can enjoy the enclosed and shaded garden to have fun.
The south-facing terrace not overlooked will welcome you for moments of relaxation as well as meals (garden furniture, dining table, parasols, plancha, outdoor tap). Direct access from the parking lot to the garden is possible through a small gate that will allow you to store bicycles safely (bike rental company 1.5kms away).
Two private parking spaces are available in front of the house.
End of stay cleaning included. Towels, dish towels and rugs will be made available to you if you wish.
Bed linen is included.
An external key box is installed so that you can manage your arrival at your convenience from 4 p.m. I will be present at your departure for the inventory of fixtures and the handing over of the keys.
Our animal friends are not allowed.
