The pool was filled on the day of arraivel and due to that very cold. The balcony was perfect with a very nice look to the bay. A showercabin would be very usefull.

Lovely apartment within an easy driveable distance of the town. Everything we could need and great views. Check in and communication was tricky but Arturo was very friendly and even paid for our drinks whilst we were in a restaurant without our knowing. A very pleasant stay.

Super Wohnung mit tollen Blick auf den Hafen in Nidri. Super ausgestattete Küche ( nur Teelöffel haben gefehlt ),alles sehr sauber. Tolle Terrasse mit gemütlichen Liegen, Pool wurde immer mal wieder sauber gemacht. Leider konnten wir mit Artur vor Ort nicht so gut kommunizieren aber er war ungemein freundlich & immer hilfsbereit. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Tolles Steinhaus!!

Kurz: die Unterkunft ist toll mit einem klasse Pool und einer sehr schönen und großen Terrasse/Balkon. Einige Sachen sind ein bisschen abgewohnt, aber das hat nicht wirklich gestört und es war alles vorhanden. Bezüglich Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin würde ich sehr das Telefon/SMS empfehlen. Auf Mail-Anfragen über die FeWo-Seite habe ich nie eine Antwort erhalten.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit genialem Pool und schönem Blick👍. Es gibt nicht wirklich was zu beanstanden, nur ein Tipp an den Vermieter: Bei 4 Liegen sollten auch 4 Auflieger und 4 Handtücher dafür da sein und die Küchenausstattung sollte wenigstens für 4 Personen ausreichend da (zB. Traumhaus

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Bis auf die in 150 m entfernte viel befahrene Hauptstrasse ist die Lage super. Der Pool war bei Ankunft sauber, könnte jedoch zwischendurch mal während des Aufenthaltes eine Reinigung vertragen. Kann man ohne bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Super Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage des Hauses mit dem Pool ist super. Alles ist in gutem Zustand! Die Übergabe mit dem Vermieter lief total unkompliziert, wenn auch die Kommunikation etwas schwierig ist. Meine Familie und ich fanden es top!

Good apartment with fabulous terrace in lovely quiet location.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with lovely views of the countryside and coast. The large terrace with little pool is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The property is nicely furnished but lacks the feeling of luxury which could be easily injected to make it exceptional rather than good. Kitchen very well equipped and a good sized BBQ on the terrace. We really enjoyed our time here and were appreciative of the host and owners allowing an earlier check in and slightly later check out to fit our travel schedules. Ample bedding for all temperatures, could have done with some more hangers and warmer light bulbs to create a softer ambiance in the evening. The property was a lot further away from Nydri than we expected with a 25 min walk into the town along a busy road which in hot temperatures wasn’t pleasant, however the hire of a couple of scooters sorted out that problem. Slightly mislead by the lovely photo of night time on the terrace showing a harbour all lit up. The local boatyards do not have pretty lights on at night! A very good property for the price and the location outside the town is perfect if you have transport. WiFi was excellent. Roads to the property excellent. Taxi cost €7 into the town.

CASA BELLA E CONFORTEVOLE , POSIZIONE PERFETTA (AUTO NECESSARIA).

Posizione perfetta, a 2 min d’auto dal centro di Nidri (non fattibile a piedi) quindi un po’ dislocata ma per questo tranquilla, silenziosa e panoramica. 2 bagni e 2 camere da letto di cui una con bagno in camera. Aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti. Parcheggio privato sotto casa (bisogna salire una rampa di scale esterna per arrivare all’appartamento in quanto si trova al piano superiore di un complesso di case). Terrazzo e piscina privata sono il fiore all’occhiello di questa abitazione. Pulizia non eccezionale. Host non eccezionale (risponde poco ai messaggi, bisogna elemosinare le risposte e fino a qualche giorno prima di partire non sapevamo nemmeno la posizione precisa della casa, alla fine per ottenere indicazioni ho dovuto contattare il servizio clienti Vrbo che ha provveduto a sollecitare l’host a fornirmi una risposta ). Arturo, proprietario di casa, è una persona molto cordiale, una sera durante una braciata in terrazza è salito e ci ha regalato una bottiglia di vino locale, gesto molto apprezzato. Ci vorrebbe qualche aggiusto , lavandino che perde, porta di un bagno che non si chiude bene (bisogna forzarla, tant’è che poi ci sono rimasta bloccata dentro), qualche lampadina mancante, insomma piccole cose facilmente risolvibili, basterebbe poco per far trovare agli ospiti una casa più curata. Comunque nel complesso molto confortevole e la consiglio. Martina , 22/08-29/08, 4 persone (2 coppie).

Very nice top floor apartment with unoverlooked outdoors space, BBQ and pool. Nice views over Vliho bay and a short drive from Nydri. Good location to explore the south-west of the island from. Car is essential.

Nydri villa

Perfect little villa for our family. A very relaxing holiday with plenty to do in the area if you have a car. Close by to loads of bars, restaurants and shops, but not a great road to walk.Cute little pool ideal for cooling off in but not for swimming lengths. Everything available and Thalia the owner very helpful, the place would benefit from some more long glasses for drinks. Also we weren't able to get dvd to work as no cable, but not a big issue for us, we didn't try the tv.

Toller Außenbereich mit Aussicht

Unser Aufenthalt bei Artur war sehr schön! Die Gastfreundschaft war toll, wenn man was brauchte musste man nur fragen. Unten vor dem Haus konnte man wunderbar parken. Rundum hatten wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment und haben den Außenbereich und den Pool mit der schönen Aussicht genossen.

Enjoyable off-season stay

The owner, Artur, was waiting to welcome us when we arrived late evening (having earlier corresponded with us to confirm arrival time). He kindly helped with our luggage and showed us around and the welcome wine, beer, water and croissants was appreciated. A good supply of toilet rolls and washing-up liquid was also provided. The weather was cold and on our 2nd day, the air-con was serviced so we could have heating. Artur was there if we needed anything throughout our stay and was very friendly and helpful; whilst the language was a bit of a barrier, we managed to make ourselves understood through Google translate and hand gestures! The WiFi was not great tbh and we pretty much gave up on getting anything worth watching on the smart TV in the evenings. However, that was just a minor issue. The view from the outside terrace over the bay was lovely' (there were quite a few steps up to the property). It was early in the season and the weather was not great, so the pool didn't get much use, but would be nice in the warmer weather. Facilities were good, with full cooker, microwave, small dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Only thing missing that would have been very useful was a pop-up toaster. There was an L-shaped sofa in the living room, with a coffee table and small dining table. However, the current dining chairs need replacing as one was broken and others on their way out. Bedrooms were comfortable with several electrical sockets and bedside lights. The master had a separate bathroom (which was functional and contained the washing machine), but the twin room had a lovely bright en-suite and both bathrooms had good showers (if you don't mind the floor getting a little wet!). All windows and patio doors had mossie screens to prevent the little blighters from entering. It was a nice surprise to have the place cleaned, bins emptied and linens/towels changed mid-week. All in all, a very nice stay and we would be happy to return.

Gute Ansätze, Umsetzung nicht optimal

Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, gut ausgestattet und es gab Obst und Getränke zur Begrüßung. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon, leider war der Hängesessel verrostet und gefährlich zerbrochen. Zum Glück haben wir es noch rechtzeitig vorm Reinsetzen bemerkt. Zur Halbzeit des Urlaubs wurde zu unserer Überraschung geputzt und die Wäsche gewechselt. WLAN und Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin waren allerdings sehr dürftig. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns 2 Tage vor Abreise statt einer konkreten Adresse ein Link auf Google Maps zugeschickt. Da es sich scheinbar um ein Privathaus handelte und wir eine halbe Stunde zu früh dort ankamen, haben wir nochmals mit der Vermieterin telefoniert, die sich zurückmelden wollte. Dies ist nie passiert, stattdessen wurden wir von der Hausbewohnerin wortlos und sehr sonderbar empfangen. Zu dem Zeitpunkt waren wir auch nicht wirklich sicher, ob wir richtig sind. Sie stand eine Weile völlig tatenlos an unserem Auto. Irgendwann führte sie uns dann in die offen stehende Wohnung, womit wir nicht gerechnet hatten. Später gab es noch eine kurze Konversation per SMS mit der Vermieterin. Während unserer Anwesenheit hat sich danach kein Mensch mehr gemeldet oder blicken lassen. Bei der Abreise haben wir die Wohnung einfach verlassen und den Schlüssel außen stecken gelassen. Für den Preis war die Unterkunft durchaus ok, das Drumherum allerdings mehr als seltsam. Sinnvoll wäre es sicher, wenn man den Gast im Vorfeld über die wichtigsten Dinge informieren würde und vielleicht vor Ort eine kleine Mappe mit den elementarsten Informationen wie WLAN Passwort bereitlegen würde.

Perfect private top floor apartment

Everything was as we expected, owner lived below but communication was only using Google translate. This said, he was very lovely and accomodating. Everywhere was clean, nice welcome pack of wine, water, sweets, beer, fruit juice, fruit and chocolate croissants only criticism would be some basics like more than 1 toilet roll, olive oil, salt and pepper+ washing up liquid would have been great. Just a suggestion.

Nice apartment

Nice apartment, very small but deep pool. Too far to walk into town, about 25 minutes walk and in 30 degrees heat it simply isn’t doable. Apartment wasn’t ready for us as they was expecting us the day after even though the booking was the day before.
