Cloaked in silvery olive trees and styled in cool shades of white, the villa is arranged as three separate buildings, with the central living and dining space flanked by two spacious bedroom suites. This thoughtful layout is ideal for two couples seeking both sociable areas and personal space, while mezzanine sleeping areas within each suite offer flexibility for families with children. Though the houses are not internally connected, a wide terrace runs along the front, uniting the spaces and creating a welcoming setting for shared meals and relaxed evenings overlooking the sea.

Outdoor living takes centre stage, with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and well-equipped barbecue kitchen inviting long, leisurely days in the sun. As dusk settles, pool lights glow beneath the olive trees and ships glide across the bay, creating a quietly romantic atmosphere. Kaminia beach is within easy walking distance, while nearby Tsoukalades offers traditional tavernas and Lefkada Town, around 20 minutes away by car, provides a livelier choice of shops, restaurants and waterfront charm.

This 2-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–6) is arranged across three small buildings, offering flexible accommodation. The main house features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a smart TV and Bluetooth speaker, opening onto the terrace. The kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker, and there is a wet room-style shower room with WC and basin.

The second house has an open-plan sitting area with kitchenette, a double bedroom (160cm bed) with an en-suite wet room-style shower room, and a mezzanine level with twin beds (90cm), suitable for children only, plus access to the main terrace.

The third house offers a double bedroom (150cm bed) with an en-suite wet room-style shower room, a mezzanine level with a small double bed (120cm) suitable for children only, and a private terrace with access to the main terrace.
