"For one, there was stains all around the comforter. Secondly we couldn’t even use the tv because the volume was stuck on full blast even went we turned it down to 0. Third of all we were unaware they were doing construction at the time. No warning or heads up was given at all. We got woken up very early with banging and drills happening right on top of our room. "This cabin was adorable!!! We stayed in one of the 4 person cabins and absolutely loved it!!! The view from the back of the cabin was awe inspiring at night. What an incredible experience! The cabin was fully staffed with a fridge, pots and pans, and some s’more’s to cook in the fire pit (the s’mores came in the cutest lil gift box). Wood was also provided at the campsite. This was a very memorable experience. The kids loved it!"

"I have regularly stayed at Hampton Inns and those have been good overall, so will chalk this one to a one off. We had someone enter our room without authorization the first night we were there. Explanation from the manager, Brian, was that the room was not supposed to be given to a guest and that front desk "forgot" and put us in the room. The rationale given was that the room was deep cleaned and saved for someone with feather allergies, though it was clear that the all the bedding in the room...
