What a stunning home! We had our family Thanksgiving here with 11 of us coming in from 4 different states. There was plenty of room for everyone and a huge kitchen! Completely stocked and the basement kitchen was a bonus. The kids used the kayaks and we sat around the fire pit in the evening. Lauren was quick to respond both pre trip and while we were there. We will absolutely stay here again.

Our host was very responsive. The house met and exceeded our expectations. It is well appointed and kept everyone well entertained during our stay. The kitchen(s) had everything we needed for cooking, serving and storing leftovers. We enjoy a good cup of coffee and was pleasantly surprised to find a French press in the cabinet! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped for our stay. The location was peaceful and lovely. We rented a boat one day and it was delivered right to the dock which made it easy and fun. The property manager was super attentive and helpful, recommending delicious local cuisine and activities. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful house, immaculate, beautifully decorated and very roomy. My bothers, their spouses, my husband, cousin and I all stayed there and it was the perfect mix of closeness and privacy. The house is so roomy that you absolutely do not feel crowded or like you are on top of each other. This house has all the amenities and is a wonderful home. Scott and Lauren were quick to respond to any questions, requests or concerns we had. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly when we were out walking. I would recommend this property and several in my party want the information to possibly book a family vacation in the future. (And since my family all came from out West, that is saying something!) We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property!

1. The musty smell downstairs caused a major health concern. One guest immediately said, "it smells musty down here". Another said, I coughed all night due to the smell" and only got three hours sleep. As you were informed, we moved everyone upstairs and closed the door to downstairs because the smell was evident on the stairway. Although offered a dehumidifier for downstairs, the damage had been done.2. I searched diligently for a house with five bedrooms and five bathrooms so everyone could have their privacy. I paid for five bedrooms but ended up with access to three.

This property was a great find. We loved the layout, the views and the comfortable and cozy feel. The kitchen was well-stocked and huge!! The beds were comfortable as well. We were a group of adult friends but this home would be perfect for a large family. I highly recommend!

We had a great time with our grandchildren at this spacious home! Rained on and off all week but didnt keep us from swimming, paddleboarding and kayaking. The paddleboards and kayaks were a big plus!The only issue we had was the faucet in the kitchen that kept falling off.We ate at Murphys and Southshore Grocery and Grill. Both were delicious and the servers were so friendly!

Amazing Family Home on the Lake!

We just spent 6 amazing days in this beautiful home! The layout (5 bedrooms, 5 full attached baths) on 3 levels works great for a large group!The property sits at the end of a cove and is great for privacy and boating! The kids were able to play in the cove without having to worry about boats. The screened porch was wonderful. Our entire experience was 10 out of 10!

Private cove stay

Beautiful spot to spend several days. We were visiting family in the area and enjoyed the end of this perfect cove to listen to the frogs, geese, ducks, and watch the turtles sunbathe. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals. The property managers were excellent and responsive! Great place to be!

Wonderful accommodations, great spot on the lake!

We stayed here for a quick Spring Break getaway with some friends, and the house was everything we were looking for. It was spacious, clean, and had absolutely everything you need for a relaxing stay on the lake. I feel like the owners have thought of everything, so all you need to do is enjoy your time on the lake! Lauren and Scott were very responsive - at all hours - to any question we had and immediately resolved any issues to enusre our stay was the best it could be. There were two families staying in the house, and there was plenty of room. Plus, the downstairs area was a nice spot for the teenagers to hang out and get away from the adults. :-) Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, and we look forward to returning, this time for a longer stay!

Wonderful family place!

Loved having private bathrooms for each bedroom and plenty of room for a family get together! Even in December being at the lake was relaxing. Would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the lake activities!

Hidden Gem

The property is absolutely beautiful. Our kids absolutely loved the lake house. This home has literally everything you could possibly need. The hosts were nice enough to drop off a high chair and different size life vests for our trip before our arrival. My son loved playing on the basketball court with his dad while my daughter and I roasted smores around the fire. My daughter lived in the arcade in the evenings. Morning coffee on the porch watching the turtles sunbathe and all the fish swim was so peaceful. Our kids loved being out on the dock. We were in town for a wedding so we didn't get to use the kayaks or rent a boat so my husband and I discussed returning in a few months when it warms up. This home.is truly a hidden gem and the hosts are absolutely amazing.

We stayed for a work retreat, the house was fabulous for a our group of 8. House was clean, well-equipped, great location on Lake Murray and the host was extremely accommodating. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone looking for this type of space on lake murrey.

Lake Murray Paradise

From my initial contact through our leaving, the communication with the owner has been easy and quickly responsive. The house is spectacular, the location is easily accessible, the landscape and view is postcard perfect. The layout of the house worked well for the 4 different families in attendance. Spending this time with my siblings was priceless and everyone was so grateful for the excellent accommodations.

Family getaway

This is our 3rd time staying in this home as a family! Great layout for a large family. And love, love the screen porch and the wrap around porch...great place to drink your morning coffee while enjoying the view of Lake Murray! Definitely recommend staying at this home.
