"Excellent well appointed property. Very clean and added food extras of bread, milk, snacks etc was lovely. Very spacious. Property in a very handy location to shops and eateries. Only downside was the bed was very hard so not the best sleep we've ever had. Apart from that, if you like a hard bed, a clean spacious and tidy lodging handy to amenities, this is for you."

"Prior to confirming the booking, I asked about heating as it is middle of Winter in Christchurch and we were traveling from Queensland Australia for a funeral.Upon our arrival on Friday night, we were welcomed with an overflowing rubbish bin directly next to the back door that we had key access to.Upon entering the property, we switched on the two only heat pumps one located in the hall and one in the dining area. No heating in either the 2 lounges or the 3 bedrooms.The hallway one worked fine...

"Amazing vacation home, great instructions, very responsive hosts. This was peaceful and quiet retreat close to the city with all the amenities you could want: trampoline, hot tubs, sauna, covered outdoor space for cooking, well-stocked kitchen, even friendly farm animals. Our only regret is not staying for another night or two. We’ll definitely be back! "

"We loved 10 Central Ave! Walking distance to Prebbleston shops and bars, and really close to our family just around the corner. On entering the property it is clean, heated and ready for our stay. The little (actually big) touches; complimentary snacks and drinks were a hit with us. The Games room was very popular, and when we were 'home' that's where we spent most of our time. We can wait for another occasion whereby we will need group accommodation - PLUX stays will be a priority. "
