Over all the house wasn’t bad. No toaster and coffee pot had mold in it. There was a keurig to use though.

This home was perfect for me. I was able to walk to restaurants and stores. The golf cart was great for longer trips. The home was clean, well-maintained and outfitted. It had everything we needed to make her stay enjoyable. I will be returning soon. David

The location was perfect. Easy walk to Spanish Springs and a quick cart ride to just about anything else. House was clean and as described. The kitchen had all the necessities for a 12 night stay. The property owner was easy to work with. The only draw back - the mattress in the master suite was worn out and not comfortable at all. We ended up sleeping in the second bedroom.

Nice property, comfortable, clean. Remove pillow top on king mattress for a better sleep. Easy walk to Spanish Springs. Golf cart provided was a bonus! Host was easy to contact and answered right away!

This home is really walking distance to Spanish Springs. The golf cart was excellent and we used it a lot. I’ve stayed at her homes before and this one is just as good. Everything you need is in the home. We loved it.

The location of this property is amazing. You can go to the square right around the corner, or because of the 4 seat golf cart you can go to Sumter Landing! So many amazing pools and golf course to play within a short distance as well. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Villages!

Very clean, owner very receptive to questions and/or concerns. It was perfect space for the two of us and it was a pleasure to sit outside in the screened in area. I would stay again for sure and having the golf cart is a huge asset!

This villa was clean and quiet, easy to check in and just a half mile from Spanish Springs Square. Having use of golf cart was imperative to us as we used Groome Transportation to get to and from airport. Communication with Tatyana was excellent.

We were lucky enough to find this gem of a place very last minute when our original place to stay fell through 4 days before our trip! We were visiting the villages to visit with family. The golf cart was a huge convenience in staying here. We took it almost everywhere! Spanish springs square is so convenient to this home and lake Sumter isn’t far at all either! I downloaded the “villages GPS” app and it even gave me golf cart directions to get to where we needed. The home had everything we needed and very clean. The screened in porch was perfect and the backyard was quiet, peaceful, and private. We were very lucky during our stay for 80+ degree January weather! We visited a pool nearby which was brand new. Cordoba pool very nice! I would love to stay here again when visiting my father in law! Highly recommend

Was competing in a PBA bowling event and this was 2 blocks away from the Spanish Springs Lanes. Everything was in good shape. Golf cart was fun to run over to the lanes. Will rent again next year.
