We had a wonderful time at “Stay Anchored”. It was nice to know that Josh was only a phone call away if we needed anything. He checked in with us periodically to make sure all of our needs were being met. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and it being right on the water made it so easy to enjoy our boat. The screened in porch faced the water and was a wonderful way to begin and end the day. The Weber grill was great & the kitchen was well equipped. Everyone in our family that came to visit said it was a beautiful home and perfect for a vacation.

The property was as listed; having the boat right there was a big plus. Also, for a family who loves to cook, this kitchen was well prepared with plenty of pots, pans, measuring utensils, etc. - very nice! We did not have to go out for anything

Happy Again

This was our 2nd time at “Stay Anchored” and we will likely return again. Josh is the most attentive host we’ve ever had. Just excellent. The location is very peaceful with a very nice lake view. There are several great sitting areas both inside and out.

Cozy and Complete

Perfect spot for a family getaway. Large windows with great views of lake and canal. Good-sized kitchen with plenty of food prep tools and utensils. Has three bathrooms, one with tub/shower and one with just shower. (Listing was unclear on this.) Conversion between sun room and third bedroom was quick and easy. It had adequate privacy, and heavy curtains kept room dark for sleeping past sunrise. Owner Josh was courteous, thoughtful, friendly and flexible. Really enjoyed it.

Making New Traditions

I grew up vacationing on Tippy with my family, and enjoyed a few day get away at "Stay Anchored" with my son and his GF, making new memories and hopefully new traditions. Josh bent over backwards to be accommodating and the property was very well stocked and comfortable. We look forward to coming back!

Very relaxing

My husband and I needed some time away to relax and Stay Anchored was just the place. We love to have our pontoon right outside in the water and ready to go when we want to enjoy the lake. It makes it so much more enjoyable. Josh was a great host.

Awesome Home on Lake Tippe

We had a great time staying at this home On the lake. Home was on the channel where we rented a boat and docked it. Great views and the pictures are definitely exactly like the home looked. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Retreat!

We found this home updated with class and character. It was so refreshing and cozy. The furniture and the bed were very comfortable. The linens were fresh and lovely. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The host was very helpful and friendly. He wanted to make sure that every need was met. He made communication with him easy. We were very blessed to have found this place and enjoyed staying there.

Lake Tippy stat

The house was very cute and very clean. We loved the location, it's right off of the main lake area but still close to the surrounding lakes. It's basically 5 mins from anywhere on the lakes. The house is well stocked with supplies, especially the kitchen. I brought my own ninja skillets, then happily discovered ninja skillets in the kitchen. The kitchen also has every implement from a blender to a bread maker. Silverware, dishes & utensils, down to toothpicks and sandwich baggies. Just bring your food, drinks & ice and the kitchen is ready. The screened in front porch was comfy to sit on too. Josh was a great host and very easy to communicate with before, during & after our stay. We will definite try to book again whenever we come back for a stay.

Enjoyment, serenity and comfort!

We loved the location of the quiet channel but really great lake view. The home is very well furnished with lots of different areas for relaxing both inside and outside. Very comfortable king bed. Josh was a true pleasure throughout the process. He is sincere about wanting to make everything the best for his guests. We will be anxious to return!

Lake house

Beautiful and fun lake. Place was very clean and well taken care of. Simple and perfect. Extremely nice neighbors and neighborhood in general. Dock, patio, porch, deck, etc all in excellent condition and great hang outs as well.

Great place with super cool owner!

Loved our stay here at Lake Tippy! The cottage was cute yet surprisingly had lots of room! The screened porch as awesome morning coffees and the back deck was great for outdoor bbq Super close to the kitchen. The little firepit with a massive amount of firewood was a plus too! Lastly, a few of the neighbors we met will forever be lifelong friends! Super cool owner too! Very accomdating! 25 night stay will never be forgotten! 10 Stars-not 5

Great Channel Cottage on Tippy

My family and I had a great time at this cottage. The cottage itself has everything you need…. We had plenty of room for us 4, plus entertained family from out of town (still get we had plenty of space). It is at a great location on the channel, and there was plenty of room for our Mastercraft NXT22. Josh was an excellent host, and was great to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Tippy!

Exactly what we needed!

This property is perfect for the family with adults who want a little room to spread out .. with the two inside living rooms, spacious dining table and three outside spaces to enjoy, there are many ways to make this home the perfect getaway. Loved it, will be back!
