Great place to stay and lots of room. The owner is as there to greet us when we arrived and took us on a tour of the house. He was very kind and did great communicating with us. The pool and hottub were nice.

Everything was great and the host’s communication was exceptional!!Host went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had all necessary information for the home and local area. Traveling with 4 trucks and boats can be challenging to find appropriate parking with great accommodations. We had a great time even during the usually cold winter snap!

Wonderful hosts who did everything to make our visit smooth and pleasant. House is charming. Hot tub is great. Everything we needed was there. Beds comfortable. Location perfect for family. Lots of big TV’s.

We were extremely pleased to have found this property and this owner. Our family is so spread out and with lots of children, we don't get to gather as often as we would like. This was the perfect place with lots of room, especially outdoors where we could enjoy the weather, the provided outdoor games, the pool, hot tub, etc. We all loved trying out the massage chair - what a treat! We particularly appreciated a personal tour by the owner to acquaint us with the property and all available to us. Gino was most accommodating and flexible on arrival/departure times to suit our needs. We had nothing at all to complain about and would HIGHLY recommend this property. Thank you, Gino!

Gino, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in his lovely home for 5 days and 4 nights and were extremely comfortable. The beds were excellent and the layout of the home was just right for my 3 grandkids (all under the age of 3)!! In fact my almost 3 year old grandson rode his electric car around the driveway, inside the garage, and on the big wrap around porch and he was in toddler heaven. Every thing was perfect especially the ginormous tv in the living room. It makes the movies so much bigger than life. Lastly, the checkout process was easier than most VRBOs I have stayed at so I liked that.

If I could give 10 Stars I would do so. Gino was a fantastic host. I organized a college reunion for old friends and we all loved it. Great pool and jacuzzi...charmingly eclectic home reflecting owners travels around the world...the home was immaculate...nice big TVs and fully stocked with anything you might need. Gino wrote a great instruction manual on how everything works in the house plus he met us personally and showed us around the property. I highly recommend

Perfect family reunion spot

The owner gave detailed instructions for everything and walked us through the property. He even let us check in early. It was an awesome place for our family reunion. It was spacious and clean. I will absolutely stay there again. I'm looking forward to more family reunion in the picturesque setting.

Family vacation

This provided a nice large space for our big family to gather, with a pool, hot tub, and a nice screened-in porch. It was clean and had everything we needed. The massage chair was also a big hit :)

A magical vacation

This home is absolutely gorgeous! It's clean and cozy. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. The yard is huge. Gino is a wonderful host and quick to respond. I feel like I made a new friend. I highly recommend this location if you're going to be in the area. Country vibe with everything you need right around the corner. Would definitely rent again. be in the area.

Beautiful property

Upon our arrival we were met by Gino. He walked us through and showed us around. Very nice guy. House was well stocked with everything you would need. Pool and hot tub area was clean and bug free. Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Celebration

Gino's home worked perfectly for us to celebrate the 80th birthday of our oldest bother. Four of us brothers and our spouses travelled to this beautiful five bedroom, three and a half bath home easily accessible to The Villages for the celebration. The bedrooms and baths were all very comfortable and modern. Gino met us for a quick tour and was available to answer any questions or problems which might have come up. Overall our stay was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this home for anybody looking for a trip to the area of The Villages where you are looking for a large, comfortable space.

Perfect for Family Reunion

Rented the property for a family reunion weekend. The listing is an accurate description and photos of the the property. The owner, Gino, made check-in and check-out very easy and provided great communication. The property was clean and well-stocked. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. We could not have asked for more. I highly recommend this property and host. Gino, my family and I absolutely enjoyed our time in your home. Thank you for sharing your space with us. It was the perfect location. We ended up being a party of 11 and it was wonderful to be able to spend quality time together in such a lovely and inviting space large enough for us to share time and meals together in comfort. We collectively concluded that it is a perfect location, being so close to shopping/dining and yet feeling like you are “out in the country” and in a very peaceful location.

Enjoyable Get-A-Way

Great place to stay. Fished a tournament on the Harris Chain. Close to Ski Beach and incredible parking for multiple boats. Host was great very good communicator. Will stay again.

Wonderful stay

We rented the property for a family occasion. The pictures on the website were a good representation of the property and everything at the house functioned well. The property was managed by the owner, who was fabulous. Very informative and available if there were any issues or questions. This is the first property that wasn’t run by a management group and I gotta say, I preferred dealing with the owner who was very approachable and easy to work with. Thanks Gino!!

This is a beautiful house in a quiet area. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus. We celebrated my Grandmothers 90th birthday and the owner was great with communication on these plans. I would definitely book this place again!

Amazing Weekend

Just wow! This home is truly beautiful! From the grounds, the pool and hot tub, into the huge main floor, grand staircase leading to 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths, this house had it all! Our host Gino was truly the best. He was very quick to communicate, met us at the property to do a complete walk through when we arrived to answer any questions we may have. Was available via call or text if we needed him during our stay. Our entire family of 16 had a marvelous time and we would LOVE to be repeat renters anytime!! We Highly Recommend this property and its host to anyone needing to stay in the Lady Lake area!!!

A great stay for a large family getaway!

Our big family of ten adults and three kids spent a long weekend at Gino's property and had a wonderful time. The kids played in the pool for hours and the kitchen was the heart of our time together. We were impressed that there were plenty of cooking utensils and plates for our group because we love to cook. There was plenty of room to park multiple cars and having the variety of rooms suited our group well. We would recommend this option to those looking for a quiet, cozy stay big enough for the whole family!
