House was beautiful. Very close to everything. Perfect spot to stay afew days. Plus the golf cart was very fun. Village gps isnt ver good app. Cant search stuf easily. Hot water was sub par. Just didnt get very hot. Was strange like taking a warm shower best way i can describe it.

Valarie was extremely responsive and helpful. The property was a nice size, had a nice porch with table and chairs to sit outside, comfortable bed, and very quiet. Good location close to Lake Sumter with many activities, shops and restaurants.

I can't say enough great things about this house… It was fully equipped, including stuff like paper towels, toilet paper spices kitchen had everything you possibly could want and more… Very clean, and Valerie was very responsive and helpful when we had any kind of issue… beds and furniture were very comfortable!! We loved the location of the house close to everything… And was totally surprised and happy with The Villages. It was our first time here it was so much fun. Thanks Val!!

Overall a good place to stay. The owner was willing to do whatever she could to accommodate our stay. The golf cart is on the older side and in OK condition but smelt of fumes while idling in place; however it did run the entire time and got us from A to B where we wanted to go.The house is small and simple but comfortable and has everything needed as far as I could tell. I would rent it again if the existing gas golf cart was replaced by a new one.

Nice house, wonderful mattress in master bedroom!! Loved having golf cart, we filled it back with gas to where we found it. Loved having dishwasher and washer/ dryer! Found extra batteries in the drawer in the kitchen, but not one for the remote for the master light and fan, but we were able to use the lamps next to the bed. Loved everything about it.!

We were there for a family emergency. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The villa was very cozy and has everything you would ever need. Very well stocked! The beds were very comfortable as well. Valerie was very quick to respond for anything we needed and even able to accommodate us to stay a couple if extra days when needed. Thank you so much!

Before we leave a review on the home, we must tell you about the host. Valerie “Val” was simply amazing. Her communication was stellar, her instructions were spot on and she was such a darling to deal with. For this alone I will be staying at this property again. Now about the property. Location Location Location. Within 2 miles of everything you need and or want. The home itself is so comfortable and so well appointed with everything you would need. The kitchen is stocked with cups plates utensils cutting knives pots pans microwave toaster toaster oven crock pot blender you name it she has it. The ice maker wasn’t working but the day we arrived ice trays arrived as well and she let us know that a delivery was at the door. Both the guest bathroom and master bedroom bathrooms were very cute and stocked with shampoo conditioner soap scented spray towels toiletries etc. You name it Val thought of it. Hot water always available for 4 of us and great water pressure. Both rooms were very comfortable with ample space and comfortable beds linens and great pillows. Tv in the master bedroom with fire tv. The living area is well appointed and nicely decorated with comfortable couches, a large tv, dining area for 4 and a seating area aka sun with large windows to allow in plenty of sunlight. The linai just outside the front door was spacious and also nicely decorated with comfortable seating and an additional table to eat outdoors within the screened area. Newer golf cart for use

Great Stay! The house is in a great location to all The Villages amenities. Enjoyed the golf cart trips to the pool, dinner and to Sumter Landing to watch the sunset over the water. The house was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Plenty of space for four adults. Friendly neighbors. House was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and do laundry. Beds are comfy. Flat parking for two cars. All the little extras made for a relaxing stay. Excellent communication with owner. Hope to stay again soon!

Village Comfort

We had originally booked the property for one week. Upon arrival, we contacted Valerie, our host to see about extending our stay another full week. Everything worked out and it was a relaxing, comfortable stay.The location was perfect for us as we are huge fans of Sumpter Landing. Valerie was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent Home

We had a great stay here. A few little issues that we have were addressed promptly and efficiently. We would definitely stay at this house again. 4 friends, all little picky about cleanliness and we could not go wrong with this home.

Comfortable home, great location

This home was wonderful for our 3 week stay. It had all the amenities we needed to cook and clean up after ourselves. Nice decor, comfortable beds and wonderful lanai. Golf cart was good. Easy access to both Spanish Springs and Sumpter Landing. We would stay here again.

Great experience!

Valerie's communications with us was very helpful and timely. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The little touches like toiletries, snacks and supplies were very thoughtful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice Weekend Stay

We had a lovely time visiting parents. The house is nice. The location is great, and the host is responsive to messages and requests. Would definitely look to book this home again for our next visit.

Tranquility

Unfortunately our stay was far too short. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at tranquility. House was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. We had such a great time riding around on the golf car. The area was so nice and people are very friendly. Check in and out was very easy. Great accommodations. Would definitely book again!
