Perfect Escape to the Desert!

The ideal location for off the beaten path access to Zion and the surrounding Hurricane valley. About a 15 minute drive into Hurricane and 40 minutes to Zion. We stayed as a couple and it was exactly enough space, having a full kitchen was very important and this worked great. This could work for a 3rd person but may get cramped as there isn't a ton of storage space. House was very clean, finding it was easy and check in was a breeze. Wifi didn't work much at all, but that's not why you're on a trip here anyway. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Awesome tiny home

We had an awesome trip and we really loved this tiny house. The property was perfect. Easy to get to lots of places within 5-10 minutes. Short drive to Zion. There is a little walking path up to a row of hammock’s. The house was perfect. Very well stocked with anything you need. Really a great place for an anniversary get away. The location was great for visiting lots of sites. We went to Zion and it was a quick, easy drive. Communicating with the host was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again.

Great little house

This tiny house has everything needed. Comfortable with many nice little amenities. Host communication was ideal. Near red cliffs area but be aware it is not close to St. George.

We enjoyed our stay at the tiny house. We came on one of the busiest weekends of the year, and it was nice to stay out of the hustle and bustle. It comes well stocked and was very comfortable.

Family Trip to Southern UT

We stayed in Leeds on our first night in Southern UT. What a fun spot for our family of four. This clean, cozy, and well-outfitted tiny house suited our needs perfectly. We only wish the sky had been clear so we could do some star-gazing. Would definitely recommend to other travelers!!

It was exactly as I imagined it would be. I wish I could’ve stayed another day longer to truly enjoy the property. The bed was a god send after hiking 10+ miles in all of the wonderful state and national parks that are so close by! Loved every aspect of our stay! lovely and perfect tiny house near Zion

We loved our stay at this tiny house in Leeds. It was a perfect set up for the two of us -- very comfortable bed and couch, nicely appointed mini-kitchen and clean and comfortable bathroom. We walked up the trail to the stargazing spot -- it was a bit too windy on our trip but we can imagine it being glorious on a clear summer evening. Very convenient location -- easy drive to Zion, easy ride into St. George for restaurants and shops, and there is a terrific Mexican restaurant just a few minutes away. Owners were attentive and great to deal with. Really glad we chose this little house for our visit to Zion.

Perfect adventure

This property was absolutely perfect for our trip. My son and I visited southern Utah specifically for zion, but we also wanted to explore beyond that. The proximity to zion was great while not being too close to the park. The host does an incredible job of highlighting all of the nearby parks, restaurants, etc. as well as some of the more popular sites. This helped us explore more parks and locations that aren’t as well known or busy. Exactly what we were looking for! The house itself has all of the amenities you need. Exactly as described and perfect for an unforgettable trip!

Absolutely Wonderful

I stayed here with my partner for a small birthday gift. The house was perfect, and the view from the lookout was beautiful. The owner was very informative and helpful as well. Check in was a breeze. Would absolutely recommend and go again!

Perfect Tiny House

My daughter and I stayed while hiking in Zion and Bryce. Mick was extremely helpful in booking and helping us plan our trip. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy and the hammocks were a perfect way to see the stars at night. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and perfect amount of space we needed!

My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon to visit Zion and we LOVED it! Can’t say enough good things about it! Awesome, quiet neighborhood at night, beautiful scenery during the day, wonderful hosts, and all the amenities/tips for the area we needed. We especially loved the lookout at the top of the property with the hammocks for stargazing. Perfect for watching the sunrise too! We would definitely recommend this tiny home to anyone looking to stay around the Zion area and we can’t wait to visit again!
