"This place was wonderful! It’s tucked enough away to enjoy the solitude, but not enough to make a run into town for things you need. This is a wonderful place to unwind and reset and Lisa, our host, had great communication with us! Everything was clean and had a very welcoming feel. "The Suwannee River has become our favorite destination for vacation. Although it had rained and flooded the springs during our visit we had a wonderful time. We caught 3 big catfish! We played basketball, & darts. The porch is amazing for sitting and drinking coffee and watching the river. We will definitely be back. The owners were awesome with getting us to the house as the GPS took us down the wrong road. Everything was clean and I sure appreciated the creamers provided as I forgot to buy...

"When I opened the door I noticed right away the place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked as is the bathroom toiletries. I reached out to the owner and she responded within minutes. Communications are 5 stars. The property is well maintained. The neighbors we met where very nice and easy to get alone with. Which is a plus. Washer and dryer worked great for us. If you want a quiet place on the river this is your spot. ."

"Cute property but first impression when we pulled up was that the grass had not been cut in weeks. The house was decorated very nice but its actually 2.5 baths not 3 as listed. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean. We woke up the first morning there and it was 75 in the house. We arrived so late the night before I thought maybe I didn't check the thermostat, but the second night I made sure to put it on 70, but again woke up to it being 75 in the house. "Very nicely decorated 3/2 manufactured home! Really loved the layout and the master suite is massive! That shower, tub, and bedroom is sooooo nice! However, I think the water is well water or reclaimed and has a funky smell, but thats the only complaint. It's on a dirt road that I don't think is mentioned, but that dirt is well packed to bring a trailer across."

"What a fantastic stay! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and just a short drive into town for food and shopping. The lot is well kept and very spacious! Beautifully decorated. Lots of room to spread out and for larger families not to feel so on top of each other. The kitchen was very well stocked - I was impressed with all they have to offer! Pool was cold (mid may)- but kids don't care! So many places outside to sit and enjoy. Great and fast communication with owners/property manager....

"We have stayed at margaritaville once before we really enjoy the property and cabin! Unfortunately the River was flooded and the kayaks weren’t in the best condition for such an intense River. Over all we had a blast. The second floor was perfect for the teenage boys to have some privacy and fun. We had everything we need to have awesome family dinners and our pets we’re safe and in heaven!"

"Location was the primary attraction. We were in town for a family holiday within close proximity to the rental. The tiny house has everything you need to feel at home. We slept well. Enjoyed coffee on the deck. Watched the river slip by."

"It was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we got in to the last moment. Will come back again and will recommended to anyone wanting to decompress and stay grounded. It is Nature at its best. The welcome of Benson and Trudy is beyond words! "The little house on the river is very homey and cozy. The river view from the windows is amazing. So many stars to gaze at during the night and the peaceful flow of the river washes away all your worries. Great place for a couples getaway or a family gathering. Dorothy the host was amazing. Very attentive and kind. I would certainly stay again. The house is very close to springs and very country. Just what I was looking for. Thanks again for opening your home to a lovely vacation."

"If you’re looking to book a house for a trip to Perry or anywhere remotely close, this place is it. Great location, beautiful and VERY spacious! Super clean! Great pool! Well stocked kitchen! We had a blast fishing during the days and enjoying the wide amenities of the property in the evenings! Property manager is an absolute gem of a woman who checked on us throughout our stay and even brought us wood and starter for the fire pit they have outside. She is amazing!
