"Lovely old building with lots of history , well situated in the heart of Ledbury so close to shops , restaurants , pubs etc .
Staff were very friendly and helpful .
We had an evening meal which was enjoyable and service was excellent.
Great choice for breakfast and once again the service was good and efficient.
The room was adequate , bed was comfortable and linen clean . It was quirky as befitting a 500 year old property with sloping floors .

"A heritage room in a wonderfully presented property, with a spacious room with specialty tea and coffee and local fresh milk.
A warm welcome from the staff on arrival and then later for a meal in the bar/restaurant.
Very handy for all Ledbury has to offer and walking distance of the wide array of sights, shops, pubs restaurants, take aways and everything you could need/ want.
Wandered and enjoyed several of the local hostelries and beers with welcoming locals.

"Having arrived late and leaving early. I have to say the staff were welcoming and helpful upon arrival. A few little things to note.
Breakfast doesn't start until 8am, not helpful if your need to start your day any earlier.
Staying in room five (stables area). I found the room a little dated (older TV) but the plumbing noise from every time my neighbours washed their hands was very evident. It settled down once everyone went to bed for the evening.
