  • Green Farm Haven is an elegant Grade II listed Cotswold holiday home which sleeps six guests in three spacious bedrooms, with two bathrooms. This beautifully restored home combines timeless elegance with contemporary living, offering an idyllic countryside retreat for those seeking relaxation and tranquillity. On the ground floor a well-equipped country kitchen awaits, fully appointed for accomplished cooks, alongside an inviting snug perfect for quiet reading or unwinding in peace. Further on, the dining and sitting rooms feature wood-burning stoves, creating a warm and atmospheric setting. Outside, the extensive grounds offer an orchard, a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, a fire pit, and a hot tub ideally suited to soak up the serenity of the surroundings. Green Farm Haven is also a dog friendly Cotswold holiday home, suitable for two medium sized dogs.

    Please note the property can also be booked as a sleeps 12 under Green Farm.

    The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)

    Off street parking is available for up to 5 cars
    1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

    There are small steps into the house, uneven flagstone flooring, steep stairs and sloping ceilings, exposed low beams and restricted head height throughout the second floor
    The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
    No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

    Please note that Green Farm Haven is best suited to peaceful, family-style stays. Please take consideration whilst booking as the property is not appropriate for parties, hen or stag groups, or events of any kind

    Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
    Green Farm Haven has a lovely garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 21:00
    The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service and although this work is generally carried out when the property is vacant, the gardener may need to carry out work whilst the property is occupied. If you require further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us
