Bezzecca 9 – Design Loft Steps from the Lake
- Bright design loft a few steps from the Lecco lakefront and the center. A welcoming and well-kept space, perfect for relaxing and experiencing Lake Como with comfort and style. Independent access, private parking space, air conditioning and Wi-Fi complete the property.
The apartment is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living area full of light, with a modern and fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle). The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed and TV, ideal for moments of relaxation. Also on the ground floor is a contemporary bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink, as well as a washing machine located under the stairs.
An internal staircase leads to the loft, where the sleeping area with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers develops.
The loft has been designed with attention to detail: high ceilings, lots of natural light and touches of color create a warm and pleasant environment. It is the ideal solution for couples, small families or groups of up to 4 people.
The private parking space is located in the inner courtyard with direct access to the house. It should be noted that the entrance to the courtyard is rather narrow (about 2.3 m) and suitable for small or medium-sized vehicles. For those traveling with larger cars, public parking is available nearby.
The location is one of the strengths: a few meters from the lakefront and the center of Lecco. Lecco is a lively but human-sized city, overlooking the eastern branch of Lake Como and surrounded by mountains: a perfect balance between nature, services and authenticity. Well connected to Milan, Bergamo and the main towns on the lake, it is an ideal base for exploring the area.
City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights
Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.
Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement. Extra: Some extra services may incur an additional charge. In this case, you will need to request the service via text message before your arrival; if available, it will be added to your bill, and a payment link will be sent to you.
