"This was a beautiful home. 4 adult friends each got own bedroom. Large open living area and screened patio very nice. Perfect for our stay to see manatees. Pool was lots of fun! Our stay in September was off season for manatees but did see 4 on boat tour. Our last day a dolphin and a came to backyard inlet to say bye. "

"We had an issue in the beginning with getting into the house because I wasn’t getting communication from the property mgr regarding the code. The original code I received was on Tuesday but didn’t see anything after that, so when used that one & it didn’t work, I freaked out but we had the problem resolved immediately upon calling. "We love Weekie watchee this is our second visit n this house just hit the nail on the head. "The property was great. AC very effective. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms well designed and clean. Kitchen easy to work in. We mostly gathered on the deck and also made a fire at night. The Volleyball court was awesome. Easy location for the wedding we travelled to. We didn’t feel comfortable to swim in the water but we did kayak and saw a manatee. The fish flying out of the water was entertaining! It was a good choice for for two families vs a hotel. We had a great time. "

"This property was perfect for our long weekend with family. We had 14 and one dog with ample places (and then some) for sleeping. Perfect relaxing weekend filled with game time, river time, cooking out and relaxing in the hot tub. Just a five minute paddle to get out on the main river. The host was very quick to respond with any questions and more than accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for fun weekend getaway for all ages. Manatees came right up to the dock too:)"

"It was great for us. We were outside most of the time and the screened deck was so nice to sit and enjoy. Great location for exploring the coastal areas. Went to weeki wachee and saw the mermaid show. I did kayak down and out to Rogers Park. It was very relaxing. All we brought was food and the kitchen had what we needed. Thanks for the stay!"
