This house was fully stocked with everything you need. Also, the Christmas Tree and lights around the mantle was a great touch. We also loved enjoying the hot tub even though it was freezing out. The heated floors in the kitchen and bathrooms were nice too. We loved that we could spend the day in Leavenworth and get away from the crowds when we were finished. Great home. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy it.

This is an excellent place to stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. Everything in the house was outstanding! We plan on staying there again.

The accommodations were more than adequate. The "cabin" was well stocked with every plate, pan, appliance, glasses and dishes we needed to cook and feed all of us. It is quite set up for a large gathering. The arrangement of the house was well set up to provide everyone their space and it allowed for everyone to gather together. The outdoor space was very accommodating for eating dinner as well as happy hour. The beds were a little hard and the pillows were a little bit too high, however the area was ideal for a quiet sleep. The hot tub was perfect in every way, hot enough and very clean. On the main-floor bathroom I would encourage the managers to provide a non-slip surface in the shower/tub, it is quite slick. As well as a grab bar for securing a person's stability when entering and exiting that tub. My 85-year father used the main-floor bathroom and bedroom since he has mobility issues, however none of the showers in the home provide for senior needs and since the home is a great get away for a multi-generational gatherings it seemed a pity as well as a liability. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again.

Exceeded expectations in every way

They could easily accommodate more guests, but preferred to make sure the six people who came had all the room and all the everything that would make their stay enjoyable. From hot tub to fireplace, hangout room with oversized TV, all needs and all wants were provided for. Highly recommend!!

Great spot!

The house was clean and just as pictured. Lots of nice amenities for entertaining, and the location has a beautiful backdrop of the mountains. Easy proximity to downtown Leavenworth. The rental company was responsive and easy to contact. Would highly recommend!

All the comforts of home

Our family of 6 had an amazing time staying at Peterson Acres! We had lots of room to spread out and great spaces to be together. The place was super clean and well stocked. We all enjoyed tubing on the river, kayaking on the lake and coming home to a comfy and cool home to relax and then enjoy the hot tub! Great family memories were made - we’d stay here again if we came back.

Perfect!

Had a small group of ski racers for a mid-week event at Stevens Pass ski area. Perfect location, 25 min to the area, close to a few good restaurants and a grocery store. Place had everything we needed to cook, store equipment and relax. The down stairs "rec room" definitely put it over the top. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in this cabin in early January. The neighborhood is an easy walk into Plain for groceries, rentals, cafe . . . The cabin is absolutely lovely. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. I loved reading in the chairs upstairs in the loft with the view. My husband enjoyed sitting by the fire and cooking in the spacious kitchen. My boys enjoyed having their own rooms and the enormous TV in the basement where we enjoyed a movie each night after spending some time in the hot tub and looking at the stars. We’ve been to Plain several times and stayed in a different cabin each time. This was our favorite. We will be back! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Less bugs due to great open field location

I know the area so intentionally picked this location 5 minutes from Lake Wenatchee, a few minutes away from Plain convenience stores, and a scenic 20-minute drive from Leavenworth. Unlike other available houses in the woods or on top of each other, this one is set in a field with wide views, great stargazing, less bugs, and the neighboring houses, although fully visible are a good distance away. The house was attractive, functional, and very clean, including the hot tub. Not that we cared, the deck was worn but fine. It would have been helpful if there were instructions regarding the climate control, lighting, speakers, and televisions.

Beautiful house and scenery

Overall the property was amazing. We had several feet of snow and our kids loved playing in it. The views were spectacular. We had one issue that was easily resolved with the property management company. Everything else I am writing is FYI for any possible future renters to just have a heads up. We had our dog with us and cleaned up after our own pet. Unfortunately, there were stray dogs running around that would come by and leave their messes daily. I communicated with the rental company and they assured me we would not be charged for something that was out of our control. The vrbo listing was inaccurate for some amenities that were not at the property. There was not an Xbox, train set and the second TV upstairs was missing. The main space heater downstairs didn't work properly, if we turned it on it would start beeping. There was only one hair dryer for three bathrooms. The water did have a surfer smell on occasion, which was explained might be an issue for some, we drank the filtered water from the refrigerator and it was fine. The kitchen had standard appliances and dishes, and basic seasonings, just make sure to bring your own salt and pepper, foil, saran wrap and leftover containers. The beds were firm but not uncomfortable. Noise ordinance rules were very strict, no noise or hot tub usage between 10pm and 8am. 4x4 definitely recommended in winter months. The only real downside was that the 10am check out was difficult with kids, due to the check out requirements. We loved our stay and created many memories as a family.

Not ready for rental.

Overall house is okay, if you can get past the odor coming from the first floor. There is a portion of the floor cut out and open to dirt and sewer lines with standing water. I was shocked.

This was a great property to stay at. Clean and quiet.

Easy check in and out process. Very clean and well supplied. Conveniently close to everything. We had a deer that was there every day. I think it was her favorite spot.

The house seems nice yet The maintenance of the property is not well performed. Hot tub was not functioning and they told us last minute before arriving to the property, it seemed to us that it never functioned at all. We were not able to put The Fire place on and they were not available instructions. I have been to other properties in the area for the same or less price and this property in my opinion is not worth it. Quiet and nice neighborhood.
