Beautiful cabin with great decor.

We had a wonderful three-night stay right after the Christmas snowstorm. We ventured into Leavenworth one evening to see the Christmas lights - it was quite crowded. More spectacular than the town of Leavenworth is the surrounding area. We loved the drive from Leavenworth to the cabin - absolutely beautiful. We also ventured over to Lake Wenatchee State Park, a quick drive from the cabin. We enjoyed relaxing at the cabin and working on a puzzle we brought from home. Love this area of Washington and hope to come back in the summer/fall to enjoy more of the outdoor offerings.

Cozy Little Cabin Nestled Among The Giant Pines

The cabin is very invitng and comfy. With 100+ heat we were absoluely DELIGHTED to walk into an cool air conditioned cabin. Very clean and kitchen is adequately stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub alot. We would love to come again in Fall. Such a wonderful relaxing time away!

winter get away

We really enjoyed our stay at The Painted Pony. The online pictures were exactly how we found it. The hot tub was amazing!! The only draw back was the hot water tank. It seemed to kick on often at night and it is right next to the bedrooms. Other than that, we were very pleased.

Good for a long Leavenworth weekend with the dogs

Overall the stay was very nice. It's a little further from Leavenworth than we would like, but not bad at around a 23 min drive in winter conditions. The house was big enough for two people and dogs, but i wouldn't want to have another couple with us as the bedrooms are rather small for people and luggage. A couple areas in the house weren't as clean as I would expect.. bath rugs didn't seem clean, a used paper towel on the floor on the side of the couch... The hot tub was a great amenity and the washer/dryer made things easier. I like the online customer portal a lot for getting quick information, but it needs updates. Such as it states the property has a sauna (it doesn't unless we didn't find it). But as we weren't expecting to have a sauna, it didn't ruin our trip. The owner does a good job at making the space comfortable for guests. Overall we had a very relaxing time

Peaceful and relaxing stay!

I rented this cabin for myself and my daughter-in-law. We had a great time, the cabin was clean and cozy. It was quiet and we enjoyed how dark it was outside at night, great for viewing stars. I would recommend this cabin.

A lovely little getaway

We had a terrific weekend trip to the cabins! The whole process from directions to checkin to checkout was seamless, and the cabin itself was wonderfully appointed and extremely cozy! The Super Nintendo was a small detail but a really fun trip down memory lane!

Had a great stay. This cabin was a great stay in the tiny town of Plain. Originally wanted to be closer to Leavenworth, but spent so much time at Plain cellars it was a truly nice getaway.

NW comfy cabins management was AMAZING to work with! Very kind genuine people, great customer service. The actual owners of the cabin: you should at least do some weed eating around the property. Beds could be better: metal bed frames are annoying, we all know this however, makes going home to sleep in your own bed so much better. Great community bike ride to trails, park, river, even to Plain if you want a good two hour trip. Nearby hikes as well. About 3hr river float from dropping in at lake Wenatchee State park although it’s too full/fast this time of year (June) also no a/c but two fans make it tolerable when it’s hot. Poor lighting in the cabin can’t imagine trying to read/study in the winter but that’s not priority when most renters are probably there to play outdoors. Hot tub was nice, concrete floors were nice. Cabin just like pictures. Overall great place to stay.

Our honeymoon stay

We had a great time staying in the cabin. It was well kept and very pretty. It was very quiet and a great scenery. The only downside to stay in there was that the fireplace was hit and miss for it working and that there was no DVD remote to play DVDs or select anything.

Mountain retreat

Perfect cozy mountain retreat. The place was so cute, very clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, taking our meals outdoors on the picnic table, and falling asleep to the quiet hum of the woods. Leavenworth was only a 30 minute drive into town to explore. Highly recommend and would totally stay again!
