Great place to stay
We had a wonderful stay at Chuck's and Cindy's property. The location is very close to the city for those who want to explore Leavenworth yet allows avoiding crowds and traffic. Hikes and wineries are nearby too. Quiet, private, and spacious. Hosts are very welcoming and attentive. Hope to be back at some point.

Nice stay
We had a great time staying at the property, it was very nice and the host met us outside the property to show us the way in and show us the property. It was a little pricey in our opinion but they were welcoming.

Great place with good amenities
The stay was great. We had a warm welcome from Chuck and his pup. There’s a cool hot tub, nice propane fireplace and a sauna. All the dishes you will need and a Keurig with k-cups. Would definitely stay here again if traveling to Leavenworth. We comfortably slept 8 people.

Property is attached to owners home above.
Upon trying to find property, there is NO address on main road. It was difficult to find. He stated address was on the fence… that was a tenth of a mile off Eagle Creek Rd! Then the owner told me he was in a red Honda, Not a side by side. He led us to the side of his home, which I thought was strange. This Vrbo is attached to the owners home above . Vrbo is under owners home in picture. I scheduled a time to meet with him to get the keys but realized after arriving their house is upstairs. I could’ve been given a time range rather than a specific time. The living room windows of their home is right above the hot tub. Upon entering the home it has a strong smell of air freshener like they were covering up an odor. There are several doors inside that are locked that made me uncomfortable. Once we got by most of these things it was a beautiful view and ok place to stay. Hot tub was nice. Due to price for 2 nights with expensive cleaning fee, would not do it again. At a hotel they would have daily cleaning.

Great stay
Great experience - host very friendly and accommodating . Amazing yard . Great place to have bonfire and be outside. Hosts even had all the fixing for s’mores and endless firewood Quiet setting. Recommend for people who want to enjoy the yard

Very hospitable hosts
The hosts live upstairs and were super nice, even sharing their home-grown peaches and cantaloupe! So delicious. Even in the sweltering heat, the downstairs apartment was nice and cool. The stars were amazing. Highly recommend tubing the Wenatchee River, visiting the Nutcracker Museum, and swimming/hiking at Lake Wenatchee State Park.

Great place to relax
We had a wonderful time here with our 5 year old grandson. The huge yard, fully stocked kitchen, 2 big bedrooms with wonderfully comfortable beds, the hot tub, and swing for stargazing all made it a fun place to play and relax. Close to town and beautiful hiking trails. We look forward to going back. Thank you!!

We stayed just one night but we will definitely be back! The space is beautiful and the hosts were wonderful. Everything was clean and well stocked. Their sweet dogs were the icing on the cake! Recommend 1000%

Wonderful hospitality
I was a little worried at first, because I didn’t hear from them until the morning of our check-in day. But their hospitality was wonderful., and the surrounding was beautiful. We had a pleasant stay.

Best place to stay!
This was the BEST place to stay in Leavenworth! Gorgeous property with all you need! Corn hole, fire pit, soaking tub, sauna, and views for days! Not to mention the hosts were incredible and made us feel at home! Can’t wait to go back!

The owner was super friendly and chuck even started a fire for us! The only thing that was negative was when we arrived he said he didn’t know we were coming today and needed an extra hour. I was a little frustrated at first but when we came back an hour later he was super friendly and helpful and said sorry about the mix up. Dogs were also super cute! Besides the price being so high for only one night, I would stay again!!

Fabulous Location!
The view from the front room was breathtaking! The amenities were awesome. Amazing jacuzzi, comfortable beds, jetted bathtub, sauna and most importantly friendly owners. Only 2 miles from leavenworth.

COVID staycation/mini-vacay
My hub and I came over to Leavenworth for a little getaway just for 2 nights, brought our 6 month daughter along. The property and apartment are both lovely and very comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. This was exactly what we were looking for for our stay.

Very pretty property
The outside of this property is really pretty and the owners were welcoming and helpful. It was advertised as sleeping six, but the truth is that the aerobed was broken and the couch is not a pull out, so it shouldn't advertise itself as a 6 person home. Also, the place was not as clean as we like (dirt and dust gathered in corners, etc.) But the access to hikes and the town was very convenient.

Great Experience
The check-in process was very simple. Our host Chuck was very welcoming and hospitable. He made us feel like we were free to do whatever we wanted for as long as we wanted. The backyard was very spacious. The hot tub was very clean and well-kept. There were more than enough towels, kitchen utensils, indoor and outdoor seating, and dinnerware. Even the checkout process was very relaxed. I would definitely rent here again.

Peaceful getaway in Leavenworth
What a tranquil place to stay!! The owners live upstairs and were very friendly, welcoming us to the property! The living space was great for meals and board games! It was less than 5min drive into town for shopping and groceries! Can’t wait to go back for the summer!!

Great time, online doesn’t do this place justice
We had a great time during our stay here. It was easy to find and the roads were flat to get there so snow or ice wasn’t a concern since we went during the winter. Pictures of this place doesn’t do it justice. They had a great big tv with satellite so we could watch tv when we weren’t outside playing in the snow. The rooms were big with plenty of space for our things. The bathroom had a shower, tub and sauna. The hot tub was hot and ready to go and had speakers so we could listen to our music. Chuck and Caroline were great hosts! We loved their doggies too! The kids had a great time sledding and exploring the large yard they had. The kitchen had everything we needed except a cookie sheet. Otherwise everything was perfect! I have already told my friends about this place and would stay here again. The drive to town was only a few minutes away too! Thank you Chuck and Caroline!

Quiet and cozy
This unit is the downstairs of the owner's house but other than a quick meet up when we arrived, we never saw or heard them. Some major pluses were the large hot tub (we had five adults in there), the gas fireplace, and the sauna in the bathroom. It's a pretty quick drive to town but also just far away enough to feel like you've escaped the humongous event crowds. We quite enjoyed our stay and would happily come again.

Great location and amazing(!!) hot tub
The hot tub was definitely a highlight. It has Bluetooth speakers and is the most high tech one I’ve ever seen. Definitely would buy that for my own house if I had one! The house is great - as others mention the owners live upstairs but were great to interact with and it did feel like you had your own place. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was very nice and kept the place cozy! Would stay again.

Beautiful, well kept guest house.
This place was perfect for our home base during Oktoberfest. Short cab ride away, beautiful scenery with a large property perfect for some frisbee. Owners are extremely nice and helpful.

Relaxing and spacious
Just a short Lyft or taxi ride from downtown Leavenworth. After the Wine Walk our party of 5 brought pizza back to the house and enjoyed the scenery and hot tub on the patio area. Great hang out spot for adults, but also super kid friendly with a huge yard. We even used the hot tub a bit the next morning before packing up. The inside was very spacious and clean plus lots of sitting room on the couch. Was great to have a stocked kitchen so we could make breakfast the next morning and k-cups and creamers were included! We only couldn’t find any paper towels or counter cleaner. Owners were great to check in with and you couldn’t even tell they were living upstairs. They don’t mind any music or noise you make outside so they were very hospitable. Friendly dog and cat would make an outside appearance once in a while too. I slept in the king bed and it was very comfortable! Bathroom has a shower plus a footed bathtub with bubble massage feature. No shampoo, body soap or lotion so bring your own! We all loved this place and would stay again!

Felt like home!
What a great place to stay! The space is beautiful and comfortable. Very clean, relaxing, and the rooms are huge. But really the owners, are fantastic. They made sure everyone was comfortable, including my 2 little boys. I’ll be staying here again.

This is a shared home..Owners live upstairs
This home sets on a gorgeous piece of property the one thing we did not know was that the owners live up stairs their patio sits over the hot tub the door doesn't lock its broken appears the door handle is on wrong windows didn't close properly there weren't screens on some windows the insecurity of not having a locked door did not sit very well with my girlfriends or I. If you're looking to share a basement with the owners of their home this would be the property I was hoping for more Privacy.

Dream spot in Leavenworth
Would absolutely stay here again, what a great spot! The accommodations were perfect (the photos don't do it justice), super cozy and warm after a day playing in the snow. The sauna was perfect, even the household dog (Bob) was friendly and the kids loved him. Chuck and Caroline were super gracious and kind. Perfect long weekend in Leavenworth!
