The host was great with communication prior to check in, and the place was very well kept, and well stocked (e.g. kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.). It was fun to have Christmas decor throughout the place as well! We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful, comfortable two-story (loft) condo. The location was perfect - half-block to town, view of lights, and a view of the river. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. And the bonus was the cute fireplace which felt super cozy on the cold nights. And super bonus was private parking in the development garage included in the fee. Definitely recommend.

Overall, great place to stay! It was a long overdue, perfect mother-daughter weekend getaway. The penthouse is centrally located, making it easy to walk down to the river to shops and restaurants. The penthouse was actually a little big for just the two of us but we each had our separate rooms and bathrooms and that was nice. We didn't really use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked with the exception of wine glasses - LOL! We appreciated the 'no shoes' policy and left our shoes at the door. My only recommendations would be to add a no slip mat for the bathtub to prevent slipping for your older guests. I look forward to bringing my family back for the holidays!

Great place!

Very cozy and beautiful! We had our toddler with us and what I love is that this place was very toddler friendly. Beautifully decorated without all the knickknack breakables like some VRBOs. Perfect location in town. Our 2 year old could only handle so long in the Christmas crowd and same for her momma who is pregnant. The location made taking breaks very easy. Very clean, has everything you need. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Excellent Location, Great Property

I would have given 5 starts across the board except for a few minor issues…the multitude of codes you need to remember for the building, elevator, unit…especially troublesome if attending a drinking event such as Oktoberfest. Since we had 6 minds to pull brain power from, we were successfully able to get in every time! Second, if you’re traveling in multiple vehicles, the parking scenario is a little dicey on a festival weekend. We watched for spots to open near the condo and posted a guard to hold the spot while someone ran for their car. It worked out ok. Lastly, some of the info in the VRBO ad needs an update…make sure you use the guidance from the owner and not the website. All in all we had an amazing time and loved the property. The location can’t be beat and the home was well stocked with everything we needed. It was cute and clean and very comfortable. Thank you to the owner for fielding all our questions!

Perfect location in Leavenworth

Perfect location in Leavenworth. Spacious condo, nice view from deck, easy walk to river trails or to shops/restaurants. Had a wonderful family trip, with a variety of personalities all able to find things to do, and this being our relaxing home base.

Our family had an awesome time in Leavenworth. We enjoyed the condo and it has an amazing view of the mountains and the Leavenworth Christmas Lights. Great location - walking distance to all Leavenworth shops and restaurants.
