Organizado, limpio, un ligar ideal para descansar y tambien si quieres tener actividad ejemplo Gym, Computadora, piscina y los desayunos variados. ME ENCANTO.

Housekeeping came in at 10:30a when checkout was at 11a. We had the pet sign on our door. Our dog got out of the room due to the door being opened and had to be chased through the lobby. If the guests have not checked out, its not 11a yet, housekeeping should not be coming in. What was the point of the pet sign being required to be on the door handle if it was going to be ignored? We enjoyed our stay - Staff was very friendly - The only thing we didn't like was that our mattress was pretty worn out and not very comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay at this property, liked that it was literally next door to the Safeway , made it nice and easy for snacks etc . Nice quiet area. Kids loved the chorus of frogs that lived in the pond next to the hotel. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. We loved the indoor clean pool and hot tub. The only odd thing was that the microwave’s plate was not rotating. Overall I would say 8.5 out of 10.

Excellent choice, only knock is families are noisy up and down the halls. Not the hotel’s fault!

Had a one-night stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Leavenworth. Overall I was satisfied. The room was clean. Staff were polite. The continental breakfast has many options. Right next to Safeway store. Very convenient. A few minutes of driving to downtown Leavenworth but without all the people. I could hear some noise in the room, such as the sound of toilet flushing and shower from other rooms. But it was generally quiet at night. Occasionally there was traffic noise. And a low-pitch humming sound of some kind of machine, or the window air-conditioning unit from other rooms? A pair of earplugs definitely would be helpful if you are a light sleeper.

Everything was great! Property was clean and in good condition. Beds were a little uncomfortable for my liking and the frogs in the pond out of our window were really loud while sleeping. However, I’d stay here again.

Not as good as expected. We used to love all Hampton Inns. We have either outgrown them, or the quality has decreased. We reserved a 2 queen for our family of four. You get housekeeping with towel service every other day. But there is only a hanger for one towel. How are you supposed to dry the others? The bathroom door is barn style and does not close tight. Uncomfortable to use bathroom with 1 inch gap open. They had some of the thinnest cheapest toilet paper I have had in a hotel. Second day there, we got to breakfast an hour before it was supposed to be over. They were out of sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, all fruit, cheese, cream cheese, muffins, lucky charms. There was only other dry cereal, scrambled eggs, toast and a long line for waffles available. After 20 min only sausage was replaced. We went to Safeway to get breakfast. We checked in about 430 on a spring break Sunday. Only one person at front desk. She was pleasant but took over 15 minutes to help the family in front of us. Sounded like they had been sent to a uncleaned room the first time they checked in. Pros: The beds were comfortable. The fridge worked well. We appreciated the car charger. Coffee was always available. I do not think we would stay here again
