It was a great day.Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds!

Had a great time with my family for my birthday! Why we enjoyed the city, coming back and spending time with eachother in this comfy, cozy, slice of heaven in the woods was just perfect. Between the sledding, homemade chili, hot tub, amd all the other amenities that made it a home away from home. So thank you hosts and we will he back!

Comfortable Rustic Log Cabin

My significant other and family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin. It has rustic charm and every possible amenity you would want or need. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare and cook meals. The hot tub was very relaxing. We would definitely go back.

Wonderful Cabin experience

We enjoyed the winter cabin experience! Guten Cabin is cute and cozy and yet plenty of room for our family of 6. The floors are a bit squeaky but we didn’t mind because it added to the log cabin ambience. It was a great location for half the family to go snowboarding at Stevens Pass while the rest went into Leavenworth. Sadly, Mother Nature didn’t cooperate so the snow activities we had hoped to do at Ski Hill in Leavenworth were not possible. But we enjoyed discovering what snow activities were available in Plain!! We weren’t able to reserve a sleigh ride there but next time we’ll for sure get it done😊

Neat old log cabin, the best neighborhood.

Highly recommend this neighborhood, it has everything you want for outdoor recreation nearby. The property is pretty, but relatively close to a main road. Super cool older log cabin with newly refinished kitchen and separate downstairs hangout area. The house was awesome except it was really dusty and dirty, would benefit from a deep clean (there trash was still on the ground from prior renters).

Absolutely wonderful little getaway

This cabin was extremely comfortable inside and out. The bedrooms were cozy. A couple we were staying with ended up staying in the detached game room and were very comfortable. The loft was surprisingly private despite being open to below. We were genuinely surprised by the kitchen! Everything we needed was there. We had even brought up stuff in anticipation of missing a big bowl or good knife. Nope! Plenty of everything. We got our entire party on making dinner one night and everybody had all the tools they needed. This cabin is just secluded enough, and is the perfect distance from Leavenworth in my opinion. You don't get any of the hustle and bustle of the tourists, but you aren't so remote that feels dangerous. We were easily within reach of key services. We had no need to talk to management at all! The rental was set up perfectly and we had a great time. Electronic communication was clear and friendly. They provided us with plenty of resources and information. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rustic, elegant and comfortable

This is a very comfortable well upgraded log house with warm radiant heated floors and a nice well stocked kitchen. The beds are comfortable. Rustic, but way better than most rental houses. The only complaint is that we couldn't turn the bright porch lights off at night, (looked everywhere), so they wouldn't shine into the bedroom. Also, the icey path from the car is pretty treacherous in the cold, and there could have been some sand or salt there on our arrival.

Festive Thanksgiving

Lovely property located north of Leavenworth. Just far enough away from the crowds. Kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed a small thanksgiving meal. The bonus room downstairs was great! We didn’t need the extra room but it was nice to play down there! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Rustic cabin with a modern kitchen

We really enjoyed staying here. Has a wonderful vibe. Lake Wenatchee minutes away. I’m a guitarist, we have a small car. So being able to play a nice guitar while we were there…that was really cool for me. It’s a beautiful place.

Great family getaway

Lovely property close to hiking trails and Leavenworth. Great layout with all necessary amenities. The house is close to a road so there is a bit of traffic noise but the overall location is great.

Fun Christmas Getaway

The overall trip was great! As far as cleanliness it was good nothing too concerning, however we are aware it is a cabin but there were numerous cobwebs throughout the cabin and along the wall structures which should be easy to clean with the cleaning crew. Other than that, the cabin was fairly clean and well organized. The pictures were slightly misleading however. The rooms and open areas are not as large as the pictures present them to be. The master bathroom in the loft is extremely tiny and it was very hard to maneuver. The pictures of the master loft area was misleading in general and the one bathroom picture on the site does not show the full area of the bathroom (Kudos to the photographer). We also noticed there were some raised floor beams leading into entrances of rooms which were unpleasant as many of us stubbed our toes or tripped while walking since the ground was not always even. The seating arrangements through out the cabin was nice and accommodating though. The outdoor area and scenery were pleasant. The hot tub was a disappointment, it definitely needs some updating. The heat was barely hot enough even when turned up it didn’t seem to change. The jets were pretty much non-existent which was extremely disappointing after a long walk in Leavenworth. The outdoors and location was loud as the cabin is located right off of one of the main roads, there were numerous other cabins and houses nearby and we could easily hear other people and dogs barking which was disturbing especially in the early hours of the day. The cabin was within a decent driving distance of Leavenworth though. The wood burning stove was extremely pleasant and nice during the stay! All in all, our stay was great and much needed. I know some of the things we mentioned sound nitpicky, but for the price, and the few nights we stayed, we feel some of the things could have been better. The property manager was extremely quick in responding and was very helpful. This was greatly appreciated as we had to email them a good few times to ask questions.
