Great stay. Had a wonderful time with the family for my grandmothers 77th birthday. Cabin was clean, homey, and the kids enjoyed the hot tub.

Good for family

This place was really great for the price. We enjoyed the hot tub, and there was enough space for everyone! The only thing I would say is it is not dirty by any means, but could use some sprucing up and a few repairs. Other than that we really enjoyed our time!

needs a deep cleaning

On first arrival everything looked cute and clean. after staying a night, it was discovered that the dishwasher had collected food laying on the bottom of the washer. This produced a rotten smell. Some dishes from the cupboards had to be rinsed off before being used. Also, I would suggest maybe getting some more cutting boards. one small plastic one and one small wood one is not enough. The bathroom sink was clogged. Anytime you turned on the water it would fill up the sink. I ended up brushing my teeth in the kitchen sink. The bathtub drain was clogged and there was also hair nest laying on the drain which floated around as we showered. Not our hair. We stayed 3 nights and did not have enough shampoo and conditioner. One small bottle of each was left. No extras. Also there is pink mold growing in the bathtub caulking. This is going to turn black soon if not taken care of right away. And it looked to me like the caulking had just been replaced or redone. The janitorial company hired to clean the cabin, I feel is really slacking. You might want checkup on your housekeepers every once in a while. I don't expect a cabin to be like the Hilton hotel, I just want to bring attention to lack of the cleaning that is being done. The cabin was a great location for us, close to Leavenworth and 4x4 adventures. The hottub was amazing and felt great after a long day of jeeping in the hills.

Tivoli Chalet

We all really enjoyed the comfy beds, cozy gathering spaces for meals and games, wraparound deck, hot tub, friendly neighbors and proximity to Lake Wenatchee! Loved the soft sound of the wind in the tall pines. Had a great stay!

Unsafe property, poor maintenance and 0 accountability

Our family, 2 adults and 2 kids have been staying there for 4 nights. The first of all house wasn't ready for check-in at 4pm. Then we've figured out that stairs to the second floor is UNSAFE because it's covered by small and sharp pieces of glass. Guess how?! Taking out one of them from my foot. Next, we've made attempt to clean the stair using a vacuum located in the house. Unfortunately it was mostly unsuccessful try since the vacuum suction is almost equal to zero. So, we did our best and pick them up piece by piece manually. However, my wife cut her foot on the second day. Two days - two injuries and complete ignorance from the host. Another big issue is LOCKED thermostat! HVAC fan or as they called it an air circulation RUNS 24/7 without any way to stop it for even 5 minute break! It's very noisy and not everyone can tolerate and sleep with it turned. I believe, this thing MUST be included in the property description. It set with day, 8am and night, 10pm temperature which you can change but then it reverts back at evening, 10pm or morning, 8am. If I'm not mistaken the temp set 65°F for both modes. Highlight: nice house and amazing neighborhood! Lowlight: poor maintenance - the property cleanness is 3 out of 10. So, it's more dirty than clean. Refrigerator leaks, dishwasher leaks, some furniture is broken, entrance door lock keypad gets apart, hot tub is dirty, a bathroom shower handle is absent. All reported issues in the first evening were not addressed during our 4 day stay.

Overal good but definitely lacking and skipped a beat.

Great location! There’s a park just a few streets away and river access near by too. Good variety of games and game councils. On the flip side, the check in instructions state that there’s a lockbox by the stairs. We spent quite a while looking around the stairs and came to realize they have a keypad by the door (nowhere near the bottom of the stairs). The shower knob is broken in the only bathroom. Two of the three lightbulbs are out in the bathroom. They don’t stock you with enough toilet paper for a full family of 8 to star a week. There is not truly enough plates and silverware for a family of 8 unless you do dishes three times a day. The only spices that come with the house are paprika, and two others that I can’t remember so if you plan on cooking in the house I suggest bringing your own spices and seasoning. The freezer leaks water onto the floor so we kept a towel below it. You can’t turn off the thermostat, it runs continually day in and day out so if you like the white noise humming sound of a fan you’ll love it. If you like absolute silence when you sleep, well... The patches to the hot tub are broken that keep young children from helping themselves into it. I’m not usually so critical but when you spend a certain price you expect a certain result. All in all, thank you, we enjoyed our time. We figured out how to deal with the quirks.

Could have been cleaner!

We stayed for the weekend.First impression was good.The place was cute but could have been picked up a little more outside.Once we got inside it was a little smaller than expected.After walking inside the house I noticed it looked a little dirty around the house.The back door glass was filthy with hand prints all over.Tons of cob webs a light fixture above the kitchen table.The wall in the bathroom by the toilet paper was disgusting.Looks like something got splattered on it but never got cleaned up.After looking around the was lots of dust all over but some is expected since it was a gravel driveway and had high ceilings.The freezer had some kind of leak....when we woke up Saturday morning there was a big puddle on the floor almost slipped in it.Kitchen was stocked with plates and things we needed.There was no TV we couldn't get anything to come in and come to find out the dish was laying on the ground under the porch.If the tv didn't work it would have been nice to know so we could bring movies for the kids to watch.It wasn't all bad the hot tub was nice as well as the heater on the porch and there was plenty of propain.We payed alot to stay here for the weekend and it would have been nice been cleaned better.

Cabin getaway

Beautiful cabin, lots of room, clean, family friendly. Park and river are walking distance from cabin. Leavensworth is about a 20 minute drive.
