The home`s unique architecture and entrance stairs are not recommended for those with mobility issues.
This home does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.
Important: While plow drivers do their very best to keep the road leading to the home navigable in the winter, rapidly changing conditions can make access both to and from the home challenging. The road leading to the home has a significant slope. When snow and ice are on the ground, vehicles with high clearance and AWD/4WD are required. Guests are strongly recommended to have snow chains/cables and know how to install them.
