The location was great only 15 mins from the retreat center we were attending. It was clean. The weather was extremely hot, and the AC units and fans were not enough to keep the upstairs sleeping area comfortable. The blind on one of the windows in the livingroom was stuck in the up position. The screens going into the front porch were almost torn out. One of the recliners legrest when I elevated it became stuck in the up position. I would not rent this property again.

Alpine hideaway

Quaint comfortable cabin tucked away in a little secluded quite neighborhood. Necessary stores fairly close. Gorgeous seasonal flora. Great proximity to several outdoor recreational venues as well as local social events.

Tired but quaint. House is old but updated on the inside. Several things need to be repaired or replaced. The back porch needs to be cleaned. Very rustic with a fun country decoration scheme. It say it sleeps 8, but really there is just enough room for 7 adults to be comfortable. It was the low price that caught my attention. 30 minute drive to Leavenworth. 15 minute drive to Lake Wenatchee. I would stay there again if the price is right.

Cute rustic cabin in quiet neighborhood

The house was nicely decorated and a decent size for our group of 8 people. Overall it was a good stay. My only suggestion is to add an AC unit upstairs for the summer months. Secondly to clean and repair both porches. Thirdly, do some landscaping because it looked like no one had done anything outside in months.

Over all we enjoyed our stay. But we will not reserve this cabin again as the price was out of site for this property.

So the property owners did not have an opportunity to clean the bedding prior to us arriving. I was not able to get the situation fixed and had to leave a day early. It’s been three days now and I’m only now hearing that they might waive the cleaning fee, and I still will end up having to pay for the night we didn’t say. It sounds like there was a power outage so they couldn’t clean the bedding, so they just decided to leave the bedding from the previous occupant on the bed and I guess hope that we wouldn’t notice

A house that was an ongoing project

The house looked a lot more shaggy than the pictures. It looked like a lot was remodeled but not done right. Kitchen faucet had hot water only, cabinets were falling apart (esp the corner one), toilet seat did not fit the toilet (looked like an overbite 🤣) Furniture was falling apart... 1 bathroom for a 8 person house is not enough either. But we still enjoyed our stay!

An interesting title for my review

Don't rely too much on Google Maps to find this place! We arrived at this cabin late at night, it was dark outside, and the navigation guide said we arrived, but we actually needed to go further down the road. The area is a bit more populated than you may expect, it's in a residential/cabin area. There's some space in between properties. The people next door began construction a few days after we checked in. Several houses in the area have a "preserve our neighborhood" signs up, and upon a quick search, it appears that they don't like vacation rentals around there. It didn't make us feel very welcome. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with all of the cooking supplies you might need. The internet was fast enough for me to continue working remotely without interruptions. The TV had all of the streaming capabilities we enjoyed. We liked the front and back porches. There's a framed photo of a dude that looks really drunk, in the dining area. I wonder if a lot of parties happened here. The place was moderately clean. We found an old chicken wing bone on the stairs. The vacuum had a lot of dog fur. Towels were stored under the bathroom sink, and we noticed black mold nearby. We used our own towels. All in all, this met our needs for our stay, but I'm not sure if we'd book this property again.

Well priced and fun

We enjoyed our time at this property. Good location and pricing. The wood fire was great (we brought our own fire starting stuff after reading reviews), full kitchen and comfy couch. Some issue are: misrepresentation of beds, it’s actually 2 fulls and 1 queen, the bunk bed ladder was completely detached from the bed and a potential danger for the kids, the driveway was a ice slick- snow had not been cleared and then froze (3 people fell) and the cabin could use a deep clean (cobwebs and dust). But we had fun and would stay again. The price was great for the size of the cabin.

Affordable home for 2 families

The house was good for what we needed for our family and our friends to stay for the long weekend while enjoying the lake Wenatchee and Leavenworth area. It was clean and large enough to accommodate us all.

Great rustic feel!

Loved the decor and out of town feel. Beds were comfy and it had everything we would need for cooking and entertainment. Would highly recommend!
