This place has a GREAT location in proximity to town activities ! . we stayed Christmas Dec 2026, hot tub was good , (winter ) we did not use the pool. House was nicely accommodating in all respects . But ,, we traveled in 3 vehicles , basically 3 families , 7 adults, 2 children . parking is very very tight unless there's only ONE vehicle . It's advertised as sleeping 10, which it will easily ,, but it's also advertised as accommodating 5 vehicles ... but only if you stack them back to back to back ,, the driveway is narrow and has a curved entrance climbing back out..you can NOT get off this narrow driveway . If you travel in any type of 4x4 SUV or (truck) for winter weather driving ,, be prepared to stack park if more than one vehicle.. which means you need to move them all out (one by one) if part of your party wants to go to town , etc. ..this gets a little tricky especially after dark .. we easily dealt with it , definitely not the end of having good times for us ,, but the advertising of Great parking was a little misleading (in my opinion) since I purposely looked for this knowing how many vehicles we would have . This may very well be a one-off complaint , only important to me . For us , other than the parking , we had a wonderful time in Leavenworth, even after they had just suffered one of the worst storms in decades. Our host Kelly did his very best to address any needs of the (house) , which we didn't have any.
