THIS is how you VRBO. Let's be honest. A lot of VRBO listings can be like an online dating site: the photos look good but the reality is much different.Not with this property. Beyond the fact that it is perfectly located near the town of Leavenworth, in a beautiful setting, with more than enough privacy, everything was clean, in terrific shape, and was supplied with quality everything; kitchen cookware and utensils, soaps, towels, etc. All the beds were terrific, the appliances top of the line, and it is just beautiful inside as it is out.Being able to use the wood fireplace was terrific; those who were in the hot tub enjoyed it. We had a little trouble getting the sauna to work, but I'm sure that was more user error...and if it WAS a problem, the property owner had been very quick to respond to my messages, so I'm sure we could have reliably turned to them.If it's in your budget, do not hesitate to book this space. We're already reaching out to other friends to meet us here because it takes a quaint town like Leavenworth and really elevates your visit.

The place was very clean. We were unable to get the TV to work even with our code to Amazon Prime. Gave up on the idea. Beds however were rough. The master bedroom there were fingernail clippings in the bedding and the bed was so soft the pillows kept going between the mattress and the wall. One of the other bedrooms was the complaint was the mattress was "hard as a rock". The view, the furnishings, etc. were gorgeous. We thought this home was one level and discovered coming in that there was a stair up immediately upon entering and another couple stairs after entering, but other than that the home was very beautiful.

The trip to Leavenworth was great and the house offered everything we needed. It was beautiful in a great, easy to access location. We enjoyed sitting outside, floating in the creek and not being in the middle of town. It was a 5 min drive to town and easy to access all the things we needed. Loved it. Super comfortable and cozy property

Great getaway

What a wonderful getaway during any time of year. The river offers a serene landscape , the sauna was amazing the hot tub was perfect as well. The home is absolutely gorgeous , we spent about 20 minutes debating on which room was better as they were all great. The host was communicative at all times as well , truly a wonderful experience

Very nice modern house in a great location

Stayed a couple nights with some friends on a visit to Leavenworth. The house is exactly as described and is very nice and modern. Things were very clean and in great condition. The location on the river is great and the icicle valley is beautiful. Less than a ten minute drive into downtown Leavenworth and just on the opposite of the nearby main road is the icicle ridge trail which was a nice hike that didn't require even getting in the car. There was unfortunately some very heavy construction going on right next door during our visit but it didn't really take away from our time there and it isn't the fault of the owners or the property itself. Had a great few days and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful property

My daughter and I stayed at this precious home for two nights to enjoy Leavenworth and hike before she heads off to college. What a special home that exceeded any expectations. The house is very clean, has everything you need in kitchen and beautiful deck overlooking creek bed. We will be back for sure!

2 night stay

We planned this stay at the beginning of our vacation to start unwinding and unplugging. It was a perfect location and we enjoyed the spot on the river so much. The river was cold but so fun to go into when the sun got hot. There was a tree down reaching into the river so it was the perfect place to play and jump into the water which is deep and swimmable right in front of the house then gets shallow and has a fun little mini rapid which puts you into the island if you run a tube down. The house was great. There was a list of things I wish it had or would have been nice but I never expect every house to have them or be able to keep stocked. The owners were very helpful and communicative even being away traveling.

Perfect vacation at Frankie's place

This is a great place to vacation with a family! It has all the amenities - comfortable home, big, grassy yard for games, fun river to swim and float, spacious deck and patio for relaxation and beautiful views. Plus, the recreation in the area is outstanding. Frankie was an attentive host, as well. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will stay here again when in the area. Relaxing with wildlife

Really nice to sit on the deck and patio watching birds, ducks and see the fish in the stream. Had a visit from a bear on the other side of the stream for a breif second. Woke up to a few deer hanging out in the back yard. Really nice place, you feel like you’re just by yourself on the stream. Kitchen was amazing to cook in. And the double head shower was my favorite. Feeling like a king washing in there. Thx for the awesome place to stay. Money well spent!!

Amazing home

This home is perfectly plaved between the river and mountains,.provides incredible views. The kitchen is quite large making meal prep very easy. We booked this for the barrell sauna which was just the perfect addition to our stay. I am looking forward to staying here again.
