Overall the house was great. The only criticism is that the house was dusty. And the primary bedroom was extremely dusty, including the floors.

This unit has the most incredible views of Lake Travis! The unit is very well appointed and beautifully decorated. Upon arrival the unit was very clean and even had extra towels for the pools. The resort is very nice and really quiet as well, there are so many deer at the property and surrounding areas. You can actually feed the deer, they will eat right out of your hand. We will definitely be coming back in the near future.

The condo faces the lake, has amazing views and is quiet! The facilities are well equipped for a family and we could use for cooking a pleasant dinner! Wonderful experiences for our family and had a very chill Christmas!! Highly recommend!

Great corner unit - fabulous view

We were two couples for 4 days. Condo was comfortable and spacious, well appointed. Keyless entry made check- in easy, good instructions e-mailed. Only issue we had was trying to reach a person at the property to coordinate delivery of an emergency medical shipment. Finally goghled the resort and found a phone number and reached a real person. The property management company was not answering on a Monday morning after 10 a.m. and the answering service was only there

Stay on the river

The condo is beautiful and has an incredible view and sunsets. I do have some suggestions for the condo. 1) providing a window and a general purpose cleaner. We had nothing to wipe the glass table, stove top and counters. Also some sponges. 2) providing more than just 1 garbage bag. 3) the front loader washer door was shut so it smelled really musty, clean out the rubber seal. 4) it would be nice to have some plastic cups in the unit as it’s a $1000 fine to bring glass to the pool. We flew into Austin so we’re not able to bring swim towels, cleaning products, plastic glasses etc. Not a lot was provided such as tissues and above mentioned items. Overall it was a beautiful place to stay.

Incredible....

Wife and I needed a quick getaway... played golf about 1 mile away with incredible views, the deer running around was a unique thing to see, and the condo was better than described. We will definitely keep this place in mind for another quick getaway.

Relaxing Lake Stay

The condo was fantastic, especially the view of the lake at sunset. Accommodations, including the pool and Broc’s restaurant were wonderful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular View!

This unit is beautifully furnished, has everything you need and most of all, has the best panoramic view of the water, since it is the furthest part of the building jetting out and from the top floor. There are no neighboring balconies on either side. The property is peaceful and quiet with deer. We were able to enjoy many of the amenities on the property as well as jet skiing and the floating obstacle course on the lake with our teenage boys. Everyone loved it. Highly recommend-

Great Unit

The unit was just as pictured. Wonderful views. Great communication with owner. Very quiet and peaceful. This is a great unit, top floor, in a corner so balcony is private, overlooking the Lake. My group has decided to stay at this unit again.

Beautiful views

Loved the place.. the views were spectacular and the deer walking around the property were unbelievable. We rented a boat and had a wonderful time on the water. The place we stayed was lovely. The floors could have been cleaned better, mainly the kitchen and under bed in master, but overall was a nice place. Thank y’all for a wonderful stay!

Great Vacation!

We couldn't have been more pleased with everything about this vacation rental. The first thing we judge a place by is how comfortable the beds are and these beds were perfect! The condo was clean, everything worked perfectly, and the furniture was comfy. We had a fantastic view of the lake. It was so quiet and peaceful. We were able to get some much needed rest. One thing we particularly enjoyed were the tame deer. We even saw a little bambi. I also enjoyed walking through the courtyards it was so beautiful. We would like to stay here again for sure!

Great condo with amazing views

The condo was perfect for my family of three. The condo was clean, had modern decor, and plenty of kitchenware for anything you needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable and loved that they had ceiling fans. The best part was the outdoor space as has amazing views! We did not have one issue during our visit. Would highly recommend.

Pick this one

This condo is awesome! The view from the patio is wonderful! Looks like you are right over the lake. The condo is decorated very nicely, toiletries are provided, lots of towels and blankets and cable TV. The kitchen is well stocked. The outdoor pool and hot tub is also very nice. Restaraunts are at least 15 minutes away or more. So we stocked up on food and cooked at the condo. Also has a beach area where you can hang out and swim in the lake. Check in and check out process was very easy. We will definitely stay here again.
