The home was exactly as advertised. The upstairs balcony has a great of view of the lake and was really nice to sit out and just relax. The hot tub was a perfect addition to just soak in the evenings. Great location far enough to enjoy some peace and nature but close enough to be HEB or Costco in less than 20 mins! Would definitely stay again.

Nice place, beautiful quiet park across the street. (very walkable) Fenced in backyard, good for larger dogs, have to watch the smaller ones for gaps. A little uneven pavement in the driveway and leading up to the house. A little caution and you should be good. Beds were VERY comfy, maybe one of the better Vrbo rentals I have ever had on that front. Great family area on second floor. Great patios on each level. Tim was communicative and flexible when needed. Jonestown is a very cute small town on the lake, make sure you check out Lucky Rabbit, good food, drinks and outdoor seating for whole family and pets.

This house is beautiful and picturesque. The location is ideal and BEAUTIFUL The house has stunning features, most notably the upstairs balcony porch and the downstairs porch that run the entire front length of the home. It was a wonderful place to sit and relax. It would be even better to come in the warmer months to get to enjoy the lake and the added amenities that the owner provides - kayaks, etc…The only issue with the house is that if you have any sort of disability that makes step/stair climbing hard or impossible, this house wouldn't be an option. It being a historic home, there isn’t ADA compliant accessibility. The only room on the bottom floor is the kitchen and one full bathroom. They are both lovely and accommodating, but the main living area, bedrooms and other bath are upstairs. The front entrance has a few steps that don’t have a railing and the steps are uneven and posed a challenge when carrying our luggage up and down. My girlfriends and I came for a girls’ weekend which was great for us. But I couldn’t help thinking how much fun it would be to bring my family back sometime in the summer. However, our 13 year old is totally disabled and it wouldn’t work for us to bring her here. Overall, the house was beautiful and the stay was great. Would be a great visit to come when you can enjoy the lake.

This was a great stay for our family during a trip to Austin. We wanted to stay near the city but have quiet evenings. The views on the balconies were so perfect. Quiet mornings drinking coffee on the balcony and evenings in the hot tub relaxing was just what we needed! The home had everything we need and beds were comfy! We will be back the next time we are in the area.

We went to the house for three weeks to be close to my daughter who delivered her first baby. The house was perfectly located in Jonestown with a beautiful view of the lake. When our grandson arrived, family was able to come and stay with us while they visited our new baby. The house was nice and clean and beds were very comfortable. It is pet friendly and had a closed in backyard. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Perfect place for my wedding party!

My wedding party and I stayed here for a few days leading up to and after the big day. It was perfect - a great amount of space (both personal and shared), amenities, and supplies! We enjoyed sitting on the porch and feeling the Texas summer breeze! Super responsive and accommodating hosts.

Very comfortable stay. It was unfortunate that the lake was dry - we found a place recommended by the owner and the property manager to rent stand-up-paddle boards and kayaks about 20 min away. Adult family oriented home.
