"There was no host interaction at all after the check-in message which was sent the morning of our check-in date. The apartment was spacious and clean. However we were only given 4 towels total (2 bath towels and 2 washcloths), no kitchen or hand towels. The only toilet paper provided for a 4 day/5 night stay was the paper already on the roll in each bathroom. No facial tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels. "Overall a good stay! I can tell I am one of the first to stay, there were not enough towels (only two and one face towel) and it was lacking regular "homey" things. Blank walls, no hand soap, etc. Parking spot was hard to come by at certain times. That being said, everything was clean and I would stay here again. I'm sure it will continue to get better over time as little things get added by host. Good communication from host."

"The host was so disconnected and unavailable. The "Fully Equipped" kitchen had one sauce pan and a baking pan. It took 9 days to get pots and pans. There was No Wi-Fi available the whole stay. My company bought me a mobile hit spot to use while staying there. Washing machine eats clothes, it destroyed 3 pairs of pants and 2 hoodies. This apartment is housing the AC and Heating unit to the hallways and main office, so there is ALWAYS a loud humming and banging of the unit turning on and off. This...
