"The host was so disconnected and unavailable. The "Fully Equipped" kitchen had one sauce pan and a baking pan. It took 9 days to get pots and pans. There was No Wi-Fi available the whole stay. My company bought me a mobile hit spot to use while staying there. Washing machine eats clothes, it destroyed 3 pairs of pants and 2 hoodies. "There was no host interaction at all after the check-in message which was sent the morning of our check-in date. The apartment was spacious and clean. However we were only given 4 towels total (2 bath towels and 2 washcloths), no kitchen or hand towels. The only toilet paper provided for a 4 day/5 night stay was the paper already on the roll in each bathroom. No facial tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels. "The unit was completely different than the pictures. There was almost no furniture. No wifi. No towels. It was a completely empty unit. It was dirty, the floor was covered with ants and the kitchen had some strange red liquid all over it, so we did not want to stay there for health and safety reasons (plus missing advertised amenities and furniture). "Apartment was nice, host was very polite and responsive. Gave it a 4 because although the app to enter the gate was very cool and easy, it created an issue due to only one device being used at a time. Also, the tv in the bedroom was very difficult to use"
