This house was just wonderful for our group with a long history and love of everything historic Leadville has to offer. It is as beautiful, clean and comfortable as it looks in the pictures. A modern, well decorated, well supplied space in walking distance to the center of town.

Our stay at The Silver Rose was excellent. As a party of 8 the rooms were comfortable, and we cooked in both nights and the kitchen was well stocked. Great location, walking distance to the main downtown street. Easy parking, check-in and check-out.

Ski Cooper Spring Break

We brought our children and grandchildren from Denver for a family spring break ski trip. The house was a great base to enjoy the evening with family after skiing. It was exceptionally clean, organized and as described. Anything we may have forgotten at home was there, it felt like home. Already taking about another ski weekend this year and a summer fly fishing trip. We’ll plan our trip around the availability of the Silver Rose!

We love the Silver Rose

Beautifully appointed in Victorian Leadville style with modern touches, spotless, and everything we needed. Whitney is a great host. The pool table was perfect for the kids after a day of skiing. Close to downtown Leadville and an easy drive to Ski Cooper. We will be back!

Warm, elegant and functional!

This is by far the most lovely Leadville rental we’ve ever enjoyed. Whitney made things super easy and we had zero issues with the property, as it’s very high quality new construction. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Stay in Leadville

This house is gorgeous, would highly recommend staying here. The bottom floor has a great setup for larger groups with the dining/living/kitchen altogether for gathering and entertainment. All of the rooms are upstairs for a bit more privacy when wanted. The wrap around balcony is great for watching a storm roll through town in the summer. Very relaxing!

A Leadville Gem

This house was a wonderful place to stay for our spring break ski trip. It is so warm and comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, the TV room and pool table room were perfect, the main floor had comfortable seating for reading by a warm gas fireplace and was open to the dining room and kitchen - there was enough space to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood yet only a few blocks from downtown. I loved staying at this house! Thank you!

Super nice Leadville property

We really enjoyed our stay at the Silver Rose. It's a beautiful, clean, and luxurious property within walking distance the Leadville main street. Communication with the property manager was great. Property felt safe and we hope to be back soon!
