I loved staying at this property so much that I ended up adding another night. The staff answered quickly and were kind and accommodating. The room had a cute feel with a lot of nice add one like coffee, tea, a fan, etc. It was also very close to the town. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again myself

Comfortable, cozy, stay with my boy or companion

Fantastic accommodations close to all amenities needed. Dog very happy and comfortable garbage can outside to put dog waist in. Highly recommend this location.

I have an adult in a wheelchair. The room we stayed in was not accessible although it worked great for us. The staff was absolutely amazing. They all would go out of their way to help us.

Five Star Staff

Very clean rooms. We started in a smaller room which clean and the beds were comfortable. I have an adult son in a wheelchair and it was too small for him. We moved to a larger room that worked great. We got snowed in and for one day and the next one of the guys helped to get my wheelchair van shoveled out.

Very unresponsive. One bed had sheets that smelled like mildew. The dog rules were not clear before check in. Saying your pet friendly establishment can only have pets left alone for 5 minutes. Had food poisoning the last night and could barely get out of bed. Host would not let us extend past an hour after check out and was unresponsive when in need of a few more hours. Knowing the room is available that night as well as 5 others on the property.

All you need

All you need for an outdoor trip. The beds were super comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. We were able to park right outside our door and then walk the whole town. Great place!

Clean and cheap. Short drive from Ski Cooper

Property was very clean and parking was never an issue. Located right next to downtown Leadville and only a short drive to Ski Cooper. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small and a little cramped but very clean. Overall great place to stay for the price.

Great property

This place is adorable. Is an older motel but has been renovated. They paid attention to detail. Provided a little treat bag at check in and communication prior to and during our stay was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here. We stayed here because of our dog but would stay here again regardless. Thank you for a great trip! We will be back :0)

very pleasant

I stayed in room #5. I think all the room are a little different. Although there are a few minor things that I would add/change, overall I found this place excellent. One thing I cannot dispute is the perfect location! The mountain view (Mt. Massive and Mt. Elbert) from the neighboring streets is amazing! The minor things I would prefer in any hotel room that this room did not have are: some type of small dresser/bureau for me to unpack my clothes (I hate living out of a suitcase); a light on the night stand between the beds; and a drain plug in the sink. Also, it is a pretty tight squeeze to sit on the toilet, and I'm not a big person. A large person would really have a hard time getting on that toilet. There were many nice surprises. There was an electric tea pot, a french press, coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer available, as well as real mugs. Also a very decent sized refrigerator with soda pop and bottled water in it and a microwave. There was a cloth bag full of goodies: granola bars, sunscreen, chapstick, and more that I cannot recall. For the price, all of these "surprises" were really a treat!! And a big bonus was the beautiful photographic art work over the beds. These amazing photos (of mountains in my room) were taken by Ting! They are awesome!

The Owner went the extra mile for me

The owner helped me jump start my rental car during my stay. He was willing to help me at short notice. The hot water lasts for ever, very impressive. The little noise machine and humidifier was on when arrived which was a cute added touch, the owners pay attention to detail.

Great spot and great value

Really cool little place, perfect for a weekend in Leadville. Lots of nice little touches, cozy, within walking distance of everything in town. Across the street from local brewery. Definitely will be back when in Leadville.
