The Space:

A three-bedroom house on a wooded lot, laid out over two floors so a group of six can spread out and still cook and eat together. Three bedrooms plus two living areas give families separate space.



➔ Main floor: Queen bedroom, full bath (tub/shower), a den for relaxing, and a mud room for ski gear and boots.

➔ Kitchen: Fully equipped with wine fridge, dishwasher, and full-size appliances — crock pot, electric skillet, kettle, toaster oven, coffee maker/K-Cup, and grinder.

➔ Upstairs: King bedroom, second Queen bedroom, full bath with double sinks, and a landing lounge with a TV.

➔ Beds & baths: King + two Queens across 3 bedrooms; 2 full baths; sleeps 6.

Guest Access:

Guests have the entire home to themselves. The driveway sits right beside the house and fits 3–4 cars — no street parking or permits to worry about.



The Neighborhood:

A quiet, pine-wrapped residential street on the edge of Leadville, with a grocery store and historic downtown (Harrison Avenue) about 5 minutes away. Turquoise Lake is 4 miles out for paddling, fishing, and the shoreline loop; the Mineral Belt Trail circles town for biking and Nordic skiing. Ski Cooper is 15 minutes, with Copper, Vail/Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Keystone all within day-trip range.



Getting Around:

Leadville is a walkable town, and downtown is a short drive from the house. Free driveway parking fits 3–4 cars. You'll want a vehicle for the ski areas and Turquoise Lake — main roads are plowed in winter, but bring or rent winter tires during ski season, and give yourself extra time on snowy mornings.

Altitude: Altitude sickness is real. In the Leadville/Twin Lakes area, elevation reaches around 10,000 feet, and symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness; if you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining travel insurance at the time of booking.
