This was the best stocked VRBO rental we’ve had; kitchen implements & supplies, towels, bath items, etc. Lots of room, very clean, modern appliances, quiet neighborhood walkable to Leadville’s Main Street. Plenty of space inside the front door for skis, boots, etc. We had a few issues figuring out the heating and TV controls but the hosts responded immediately to help us work through it.
Ski Cooper - No lines, good snow, great time
Many backcountry hikes within 20 minutes
Very roomy with huge kitchen, dining room, comfy living room

If I could give SIX stars, I would! This was probably the most well stocked place we have stayed at. If you could think of it, it was probably there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Leadville. Will definitely recommend to anyone that I know is traveling to the area. Thank you for hosting us!!

This place is the best!! So cozy, comfortable and well-appointed with everything you could ever need on a vacation. The location is perfect to walk up to Harrison (the main street).... although you may need to stop for air a few times.... there is precious little oxygen in Leadville! The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well designed, and such a bonus to have a washer/dryer in the house. My daughter and I had a blast in Leadville, and could not have been happier staying at this great little pad on 3rd street. Mike and Sunni were friendly and helpful, and very responsive to the few questions I had during our stay. I am already planning to return next summer. 100% recommend!! I didn't want to leave.....

Arrived for the ski joring and skied the rest of the week at SkiCooper. Had a great week. Property was clean and well appointed. Loved all the little details.We would love to know where the owner found the coffee table! Great stay!!

Great location near Downtown

This rental is exactly as described. It is in a great location near restaurants and stores. We went to Ski Cooper for 3 days and it was and easy drive even in winter conditions. The house was extremely clean and well apportioned with everything you need for several days. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for your group. Beds were comfortable. Great place to stay in Leadville.

Perfect Location and Exceptional Hospitality in Leadville

This is our second consecutive year visiting Leadville, and once again, we chose to stay at this fantastic property. It perfectly suits our needs with ample space and all the amenities we could ask for. One of the standout features for us is the location. Being able to stroll uptown for shopping and dining adds tremendous convenience to our stay. It truly enhances the overall experience of being in Leadville. This visit, we encountered a personal issue that required assistance from our host, he was very quick to respond and very understanding of the situation. Should our future plans bring us back to Leadville, there's no doubt we will once again choose to stay at this property. It has become our go-to accommodation in this charming town, and we look forward to returning. Overall, our stay has been nothing short of excellent, thanks to both the property itself and the exceptional hosting. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Leadville!

Mike and Sunni have a GREAT place in Leadville! Their house was perfect for our family of four while in town for a wedding. Their house had everything we needed and is in-town, which made walking a great option. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, and the kitchen was big and has everything.

Outstanding Leadville stay!

Mike and Sunni thought of everything to outfit this home! It is freshly updated with a gorgeous kitchen, large dining room, comfortable living room with lots of seating, 2 full bedroom and 2 full bathrooms (shower only in one). The kitchen had absolutely every item you’d ever need. Everything was spotless and clean. They had fabulous communication. The location is 3 blocks from the Main Street hub of Leadville and we walked for coffee at City on a Hill, pizza at High Mountain pizza, and our appointment at Melanzana! Highest recommendation!

Great spring break skiing!
