The house was in a great location, easy to get to, and perfect for families! The home was clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and even spices and coffee. Plenty of towels, blankets, and amenities! We would absolutely stay here again!

The cabin was perfectly arranged for our Son and grandson having their own space from us and kitchen was well stocked. Super close to Terry Peak where they spent most of their time. There is a weird whistling sound in the mechanical room coming from the hot water heater we think and it is loud enough to wake you up in the night. Overall everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay! Also the game room and hot tub was a bonus!!!

Great accommodations!

Very clean, plenty of room for our family of 8. Well stocked kitchen and lots of games and things to do. Also the mattresses were very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described and we had no communication issues with the host. Nice, central location for a Black Hills vacation.

The rental was centrally located for our planned sightseeing. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. And a pleasant surprise to see that the counter height table and chairs in the dining area had been replaced with a traditional table and seating. The house was very clean and the beds were all very comfortable. We would definitely stay at Lost Buffalo Lodge again.

Lost Buffalo Lodge

Here’s a quick, positive post you could use: --- We just wrapped up an amazing stay at the cabin last week, and I can’t say enough about how relaxing and peaceful it was! The views were breathtaking, the air was fresh, and every morning started with coffee on the porch listening to nature. The cabin had everything we needed—cozy, clean, and perfectly tucked away for some much-needed downtime. Already counting the days until we can go back!

Good vacation home.

We loved the location and the parking was perfect. We had two trucks with 24” trailers, one car and 4 side by sides (utvs). Everything fit perfectly. Quiet safe neighborhood. We would stay again!

Beautiful location, clean and just lovely!

We loved this beautiful home in the heart of the Black Hills! It was picturesque, centrally located to the activities we planned and just lovely. It was very clean and provided us with more than enough space to spend time together but not in top of each other!

Wonderful house

Great location. Hot tub was hot and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Good amount of amenities including extra linens and towels. Garage is setup for games which was nice. Does have keurig in kitchen. Only complaint was squeaky whine noise in basement when water was used in house.

Amazing

My family, and I had a amazing time at the cabin. It had everything you would need. It had a lot of space for everyone. Enjoyed the out side jacuzzi. It was about 1 hour from mt. Rushmore, not a bad drive.

We had a group of 9 staying in the house. We loved the house. They had everything we needed. Including fans. Conveniently located to all the excitement in Sturgis, Deadwood, etc. Would rent again.

Roomy cabin with all the amenities

Plenty of space for my wife and I along with our two 21 and 22 year old kids. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi. With three levels, we had plenty of space and two bathrooms proved vital. Full kitchen was great so we didn’t have to eat out if we wanted to save some money. Location was also nice. We were about an hour and a half of most things we wanted to do - Devils Tower, Rushmore, and many hiking trails.

Awesome Home Away from Home

There were a few things left behind by (cleaning staff or previous guest?) other then that the home was very nice and clean. There were old school games to play, ping pong and darts kept the family entertained. The cabin was very convenient to Terry Peak lifts. I would recommend and definitely stay again 😁

Great place, lots of fees with Vacasa

Our stay was great. The fees charged in addition to the nightly rate were outrageous. Over $1,000. Not super happy about that.

Love the location

The house was great for our size family. We were UTV riding and it was fantastic having a garage. Biggest disappointment was our hot tub not working. My family was bummed. Our vacation rep was aware ahead of time and never told us. That stunk. I would try a different house next time.
