What a wonderful home! We had 6 couples stay for a week exploring the Black Hills on Harley’s. The location was perfect. The elevation created perfect temps. The hot tubs and pool table were wonderful additions. Everyone was extremely pleased with everything. Thanks for everything!!!!

Great location!

The hot tubs, the decks, the game room, the kitchen... all top shelf! We hiked trails, saw local atractions, and enjoyed watching the sunsets over the beautiful Black Hills right from the back deck. Highly recommend this property!

There were three families that stayed at the rental. It was a perfect setup for all three families with space and privacy. The house was clean and big and the grandkids really enjoyed the hot tubs, firepit and game room. The kitchen was also nice size for family cooking. We would stay here again.

This is one of the best homes that we have stayed at in the Black hills.It was clean , roomy and pretty quiet.I would recommend this to anyone planning for a family vacation.

Beautiful cabin

Cabin was very clean and welcoming. Loved having two hot tubs. Great location for skiing at Terry Peak. My family teally enjoyed the game room.

Great Christmas Getaway

We had 4 families and 1 set grandparents under one roof for Christmas. Beautiful sunset views. Plenty of bathrooms. Love the huge copper kitchen sink. Kids took over basement with video games and card games. Basement was cold first 2 nights. Closed some vents on main and upstairs level which made a world of difference!!! 2 coffee pots was a treat. Had crockpots, griddles, and lots of coffee mugs. Plenty of TP and paper towels. Lacked serving utensils (we purchased and left behind), hand towels, glasses and kitchen towels for drying (minor inconveniences). Management company was highly communicative in answering our questions when we were on sight.

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay at the Nitz! It’s was absolutely gorgeous, plenty of room and lots of activities to keep us busy while we were there! The view was absolutely perfect, except we wish there were less neighbors which is OK!

Perfect for us!

This house was perfect for our large group. We were there with friends and family on our annual ski trip. The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, but also to spread out and have privacy. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect home

Absolutely a beautiful home, spacious, clean and plenty of room for 8 of us. Two refrigerators were great, beds were like sleeping on clouds. Great parking for 3 large trucks. Have stayed at many rental homes for work and pleasure but this one is by far the best of the best.

Amazing experience

We had such a wonderful time staying at the Nitz Carlton. The location was perfect for us! It was away from town, but not too far away! The house was beautiful! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great House!

Family of 12...ample room with a great layout that afforded plenty of space, good sleeping, and places to separate when needed. Very comfortable with all necessary items and multiple bonuses. Would definitely return to same home!

Very nice home

Having 2 hot tubs and hanging out on the deck in the evening was fabulous. The kids loved the game room and the big tvs. :) Having 2 fridges was awesome. There was plenty of space for everyone. Thank you so much it is a beautiful house and we loved it!

Beautiful house and venue

My friend and I had a great stay at the Nitz Cabin! It was very spacious with plenty of room for people to gather and lots of things for people to do! Definitely would recommend this cabin to someone else or stay here again in the future!

Family Reunion

Nice house for large family reunion. Six bedrooms. large and open 1st floor allowed group to meet and talk. The basement and hot tubs allowed quieter locations for those that wanted that. Plenty of bathrooms (3), two W/D, 2 hot tubs, and plenty of TVs. Place is a bit out of the way unless you are skiing there. House is on top of hill/mountain and the last half mile is bumpy dirt road. Basement was considerably cooler than rest of house and we could only find one thermostat. Overall, great place for large group.

The hose is gorgeous.

Great room for a large group. Beautiful place in quiet area. Good parking space. This house is wonderful. The only negative was the basement was extremely cold for this time if year. Would consider placing a much larger rug in basement bathroom. Thanks for letting stay we had a great time.
