Great Get-A-Way Cabin

This place was very welcoming and well stocked with paper products, foil trays, disposable cups, etc. and seasonings. There's a bedroom on each of the three floors along with a bathroom. Lots of small living room spaces should there be a crowd. Several puzzles, cards, games, etc. Hot tub was great - private and just off the garage/entry area. Overall a quiet place and neighborhood. We stayed there as we explored the Mickelson Trail on our bikes. We had beautiful weather, amazing color in fall foliage. We had a great time - thanks!

Visiting the trails in the Hills

After days riding it was very relaxing to sit on the front porch and relax. Also the hot tub was also a highlight to my day! Plenty of cooking utensils, as we ate breakfast and supper at the cabin. The Rustic Hideaway

It was the perfect cabin for 3 couples. Each one of us had our own level with full bathrooms on each floor. The hot tub out on the back patio was a nice way to relax at the end of the day.

Getaway

We enjoyed our stay - we were looking for a quiet place to unwind and rest before a hectic harvest season and this place did not disappoint. The only issue was the grill which would not heat up but other than that we had no issues.

Neighborhood of VRBO's

We had a great time at the Hideaway. The location was so nice to leave from each morning as we went every direction during our stay. We packed our cornhole boards and bags and when we played it was like a parade of side by sides, it was really fun being a part of a community of people all there for the same reason. The house was beyond fully stocked with everything we needed. There were so many paper products yet we are great dish washers. There were lots of spices, pots and pans and utensils for the couple of times we cooked! We would absolutely stay in this house again in the future! Thanks for everything Mark!

Great retreat in the Black Hills

Great location for our weekend of hikes in Badlands and Devils Tower. And super convenient to Deadwood/Lead. Super clean home with everything you need to make yourself comfortable. And the hot tub was fantastic under the starry skies.

Wonderful Stay

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family vacation! The house was very clean, well stocked with everything you would need to use, and communication with the property owner was very good! Process was very easy and smooth. Would very much recommend.

Trip with friends

Communication with property manager was excellent. Even when the property did not have the information promised just a short call to mark and he sent me a digital copy. This property waa perfect for 3 couples. We each had our own bathroom. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I've ever experienced in a vrbo. The hot tub was clean and the towels were plush. It was an hour drive to most things we wanted to do in custer, lead and hill city but the setting was peaceful. I would stay here again.

June 2023 stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s very cool up by Terry Peak, close to Lead and Deadwood. We were hoping for ATV trails closer to the property but we ended up riding at least 15 min from the house to find multiple trails(could just be us not knowing where to look). The house had everything you would need and more. We certainly over packed with items that were either supplied or previous guests had left. House was very clean, beds were very comfortable, hot-tub worked as it should, the A/c worked better than we figured it would for the space, not at all crowded for a group of 7. The house Did have slight sewer odor on day of arrival and day we left when in the basement and outside. Owners were notified. Overall not a deal breaker for the beautiful clean property. The garage space was a huge perk. We were able to park 2 side by sides and 3 four wheelers in it or 2 side by sides and a big suburban. It hailed while we were there and this space was huge to have. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay around that direct area.

Great Cabin!

We were a group of 3 adult couples and this cabin was absolutely perfect. We appreciated 3 separate living areas including bathrooms. The cabin was well stocked and very clean. Directions for check in/check out were very clear, which made the process seamless. The hot tub was clean and just what we needed each night after our days full of adventures! Beds were very comfortable, the cabin was very homey and the neighborhood was great! Would definitely stay again!

Very Good Three day Stay

Clean well stocked rental house. Second floor warm, could use second air conditioner in the house during summer. Need small bar soap in bathrooms. Overall excellent VRBO rental we would recommend to friends and family.
