The house & amenities

The highlight: a heated pool (8 m x 4 m) under a dome, available from April to late September. Surrounded by a lush garden and a terrace with awning, sun loungers, and an electric plancha—perfect for enjoying the Breton sun from spring onwards. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen opens to the living and dining area. There’s a bedroom with en-suite shower room, plus a games room with foosball, darts, and a reading nook. Upstairs: three bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Bed linen, towels, and cleaning are included. Several parking spaces are available within the enclosed grounds.

Shops and the village center are just 200 m away on foot. Rouvran beach is 1.3 km away, and the oyster farms of Pencadénic are 1.5 km—explore them via the GR34 coastal path.
