L'Oustaou Néou - Gîte La Vigne

Ideal for a car-free holiday, this gîte offers easy arrival: the owners can pick you up at the train station, buses serve the entire Arcachon Bay area, and bicycles are available for rent. Located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, in a three-hectare park facing the forest, L'Oustaou Néou is a former farmhouse enjoying a peaceful, natural setting with horses and sheep. The Gîte La Vigne is housed in a newly built building near the original farmhouse, which includes the owners' residence and two other gîtes, one of which is semi-detached. It features a lovely private terrace with garden furniture, daybeds, and an electric griddle, located near the shared swimming pool. The ground floor comprises a living area with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge (with a sofa bed), a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet with a washbasin. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine sleeping area also equipped with a 160x200 cm bed. The swimming pool (with alarm) is located near the cottage, opposite the owners' house; it is shared with the owners and the two other cottages. A large terrace, equipped with sun loungers and poolside beds, is also available for your use. As the environment is central to our concerns, we have implemented numerous eco-friendly practices on our property, some of which you will find reflected in our accommodations and their surroundings (homemade organic cleaning products, reused antique furniture or furniture made from recycled materials, for example). The cottage has reversible air conditioning (included) in the main room and the ground-floor bedroom. Utilities are included in the price (an additional charge will apply if you exceed the cottage's capacity). Parking is available on the property. Two other cottages are also located on the property.
